ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर जानी समस्याएं और संभावनाएं, सामुदायिक भागीदारी पर दिया जोर

गुमला : झारखंड सरकार के वित्त विभाग के अपर सचिव कर्ण सत्यार्थी (भाप्रसे) ने शनिवार को चैनपुर प्रखंड के उपर डुमरी गांव का भ्रमण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सामुदायिक वन अधिकार पट्टा प्राप्त करने के बाद ग्रामीणों द्वारा आजीविका संवर्धन, वन संरक्षण एवं सामुदायिक वन संसाधनों के प्रबंधन के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी ली।
भ्रमण के दौरान अपर सचिव ने ग्रामीणों एवं वनाधिकार समिति के सदस्यों के साथ संवाद स्थापित कर सामुदायिक वन अधिकार के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, वन आधारित आजीविका को सुदृढ़ करने तथा प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के संरक्षण के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं, उपलब्ध संसाधनों एवं भविष्य की संभावनाओं के बारे में भी जानकारी प्राप्त की और स्थानीय आवश्यकताओं को समझने का प्रयास किया।
अपर सचिव ने कहा कि सामुदायिक वन अधिकार स्थानीय समुदायों को सशक्त बनाने का एक प्रभावी माध्यम है। इसके जरिए वन संरक्षण के साथ-साथ सतत आजीविका के अवसरों को भी बढ़ावा दिया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के समुचित प्रबंधन और संरक्षण के लिए समुदाय की सक्रिय भागीदारी अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
उन्होंने ग्रामीणों को सामुदायिक वन संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग, संरक्षण और आजीविका के नए अवसर विकसित करने के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास करने का आह्वान किया।
इस अवसर पर जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन, फिया फाउंडेशन के प्रतिनिधि ललित महतो, बारीडीह पंचायत के मुखिया, वनाधिकार समिति के सदस्य तथा बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे।
