उप विकास आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न

विकास योजनाओं में तेजी लाने, लंबित कार्यों को समयबद्ध पूर्ण करने एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को कल्याण विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग, भवन प्रमंडल, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, जेएसएलपीएस सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री जन-मन योजना, वनाधिकार अधिनियम (एफआरए), आंगनबाड़ी भवन निर्माण, पेयजल आपूर्ति, भवन निर्माण, छात्र-छात्राओं के साइकिल वितरण सहित विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर योजनाओं का गुणवत्तापूर्ण निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
समीक्षा के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने विशेष रूप से निर्देश दिया कि सुदूरवर्ती पाठ क्षेत्रों की गर्भवती महिलाओं को प्रसव संभावित तिथि से पूर्व ही निकटतम स्वास्थ्य संस्थान तक सुरक्षित पहुंचाने की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की आकस्मिक चिकित्सा स्थिति से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटा जा सके। साथ ही ऐसे दुर्गम क्षेत्रों की पहचान कर वहां एम्बुलेंस सेवा की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
बैठक में निर्माणाधीन भवनों एवं अधूरी योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित कार्यकारी एजेंसियों को सभी लंबित कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र पूर्ण करने तथा पूर्ण हो चुके भवनों का संबंधित विभागों को अविलंब हस्तांतरण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। वर्ष 2023 से लंबित लघु सिंचाई विभाग के निर्माण कार्यों पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए उन्हें शीघ्र पूर्ण करने को कहा गया।
पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता से संबंधित सभी लंबित कार्यों में तेजी लाने तथा डुमरी पाइपलाइन परियोजना का कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ कर समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया। वहीं आंगनबाड़ी एवं धूमकुड़िया भवनों के निर्माण कार्यों में भी अपेक्षित गति लाने पर बल दिया गया।
प्रधानमंत्री जन-मन योजना के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत आवासों का निर्माण शीघ्र पूर्ण करने तथा वनाधिकार अधिनियम के तहत पात्र लाभुकों के बीच व्यक्तिगत एवं सामुदायिक वनाधिकार पट्टा वितरण की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025 -26 के अंतर्गत छात्र-छात्राओं के बीच साइकिल वितरण की अद्यतन प्रतिवेदन उपलब्ध नहीं रहने पर सभी प्रखंड कल्याण पदाधिकारियों को अविलंब विस्तृत प्रतिवेदन जिला मुख्यालय को उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।
बैठक के अंत में उप विकास आयुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। निर्धारित समय-सीमा एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए सभी योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन किया जाए। लापरवाही बरतने वाले संबंधित पदाधिकारियों एवं कार्यदायी एजेंसियों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
