सिसई में परिवहन विभाग का ‘आपके द्वार’ अभियान धूमधाम से संपन्न, 122 लोगों को मिला लर्निंग लाइसेंस

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित सिसई ,में 29 जून 2026 को झारखंड सरकार के परिवहन विभाग की अनूठी पहल ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ महा-अभियान का कारवां बुधवार को नवागढ़ के बाद सिसई नगर पंचायत पहुंचा। इस दौरान विभाग ने वहां एक विशेष कैंप का आयोजन किया, जिसमें 1,22 लोगों को मौके पर ही लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्रदान किए गए।

आमतौर पर केवल चालान काटने और जुर्माना वसूलने वाले विभाग के रूप में पहचाने जाने वाले परिवहन विभाग ने सिसई में अपनी इस छवि को बदलते हुए लोगों की सुविधा को प्राथमिकता दी। कैंप में सुबह से ही लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए भारी संख्या में लोगों की भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी। इस अवसर पर सिसई वासियों को अब जिला मुख्यालय के लंबे चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे, बल्कि वे अपने घर के नजदीक ही यह सुविधा प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

कैंप में 1,57 ने दिखाई उपस्थिति, 1,22 हुए सफल

नगर पंचायत सिसई में आयोजित इस विशेष शिविर में कुल 1, 57 लोगों ने अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई। कैंप में दस्तावेजों की जांच से लेकर कंप्यूटर आधारित लर्निंग टेस्ट तक सभी प्रक्रियाएं ऑन-स्पॉट पूरी की गईं। परिवहन विभाग के कर्मियों ने आवेदकों के दस्तावेजों का बारीकी से सत्यापन किया और उनका टेस्ट लिया। कड़ी प्रक्रिया और जांच के बाद 1,22 लोग इस टेस्ट में सफल रहे, जिन्हें तुरंत ही हाथों-हाथ लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्रदान कर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया गया।

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने संभाला मोर्चा

इस ऐतिहासिक आयोजन में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) सत्येन्द्र महतो विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे और उन्होंने अपने हाथों से लोगों को लाइसेंस वितरित किए। उनके साथ मोटर यान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह, प्रदीप तिर्की तथा प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ने भी पूरी व्यवस्था को सुचारू रूप से संचालित किया। सिसई की जनता की सुविधा के लिए पूरा परिवहन कार्यालय मौके पर ही डेरा डाले हुए था।

सड़क सुरक्षा पर विशेष क्लास का आयोजन

लाइसेंस वितरण के साथ ही लोगों को सुरक्षित यात्रा के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए एक विशेष सड़क सुरक्षा क्लास भी आयोजित की गई। सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक प्रभास कुमार के नेतृत्व में उपस्थित लोगों को यातायात नियमों की व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी गई। इस चर्चा के दौरान वाहनों के अनिवार्य इंश्योरेंस, सेकंड हैंड गाड़ियों की खरीद-बिक्री में सावधानियों, एवं दुर्घटना में घायलों की मदद के लिए ‘गुड सेमेरिटन नीति’ के तहत मिलने वाली कानूनी सुरक्षा की जानकारी साझा की गई। साथ ही, दोपहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए हेलमेट की महत्ता को भी विस्तार से समझाया गया।

डीटीओ की अपील: ऑनलाइन आवेदन करके आएं

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येन्द्र महतो ने सभी ग्रामवासियों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे कैंप में आने से पहले अपना ऑनलाइन आवेदन अवश्य कर लें। उन्होंने बताया कि लोग नजदीकी प्रज्ञा केंद्र या साइबर कैफे के माध्यम से sarathi.parivahan.gov.in (सारथी पोर्टल) पर जाकर फॉर्म भर सकते हैं। साथ ही, jhdlrcpayment.rosmertatech.com पर लर्निंग लाइसेंस का शुल्क जमा करने की रसीद भी साथ लाना अनिवार्य है।

कैंप में आने वाले आवेदकों के लिए जरूरी दिशानिर्देश:

– समय:  सुबह 11:00 बजे से दोपहर 3:00 बजे तक।
– अनिवार्य दस्तावेज:
– पहचान/पता प्रमाण: आधार कार्ड एवं निवास प्रमाण पत्र।
– आयु प्रमाण: वोटर आईडी या 10वीं की मार्कशीट।
– अन्य: पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो एवं ब्लड ग्रुप की सही जानकारी।

– फीस भुगतान (केवल ऑनलाइन):  कैंप में किसी भी प्रकार का नकद लेन-देन नहीं किया जाएगा। आवेदक अपने साथ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm आदि) सक्षम मोबाइल या ATM कार्ड अवश्य लाएं।

परिवहन विभाग की यह पहल आम जनता के लिए एक बड़ी राहत साबित हो रही है। नवागढ़ से शुरू हुआ यह अभियान आने वाले दिनों में जिले की अन्य पंचायतों में भी आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिससे सुदूर ग्रामीण इलाकों के लोगों को भी आसानी से लाइसेंस उपलब्ध कराया जा सके और सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक किया जा सके।
