पत्नी, मासूम बेटे और वृद्ध पिता के सामने रोजी-रोटी का संकट, सरकारी मुआवजे की मांग

गुमला : गुमला थाना क्षेत्र के करौंदी पंचायत अंतर्गत जोराग गांव निवासी 29 वर्षीय प्रवासी मजदूर शनिचर उरांव की गोवा से घर लौटने के दौरान ट्रेन में तबीयत बिगड़ने से मौत हो गई। घटना के बाद पूरे गांव में शोक का माहौल है, जबकि मृतक के परिवार के सामने आजीविका का गंभीर संकट उत्पन्न हो गया है। परिजनों एवं ग्रामीणों ने सरकार और जिला प्रशासन से आर्थिक सहायता एवं उचित मुआवजे की मांग की है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, शनिचर उरांव करीब एक वर्ष पूर्व रोजगार की तलाश में गोवा गए थे। वहां वे अपनी पत्नी सोनी उरांव और पुत्र प्रियांश उरांव के साथ रहकर मजदूरी का कार्य करते थे और परिवार का भरण-पोषण करते थे। 26 जून 2026 को वे अपने परिवार के साथ ट्रेन से अपने पैतृक गांव लौट रहे थे।

बताया जाता है कि यात्रा के दौरान 26 जून की रात करीब 10 बजे अचानक उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ गई और उनकी स्थिति गंभीर हो गई। घटना की सूचना मिलने पर तेलंगाना पुलिस ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए उन्हें नजदीकी अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जहां उपचार के दौरान चिकित्सकों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया।

पति की असामयिक मौत के बाद पत्नी सोनी उरांव और पुत्र प्रियांश उरांव का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है। कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी होने और अंतिम संस्कार के बाद अब मृतक के वृद्ध पिता चुका उरांव, पत्नी और मासूम बेटे के सामने जीवन-यापन की गंभीर समस्या खड़ी हो गई है। परिवार का एकमात्र कमाने वाला सदस्य होने के कारण उनकी मौत ने पूरे परिवार को आर्थिक और मानसिक रूप से झकझोर दिया है।

ग्रामीणों और परिजनों ने झारखंड सरकार तथा जिला प्रशासन से पीड़ित परिवार को उचित मुआवजा, सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ तथा अन्य आवश्यक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है, ताकि मृतक के आश्रितों का भरण-पोषण और बच्चे के भविष्य को सुरक्षित किया जा सके।

ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि ऐसे प्रवासी मजदूर परिवारों के लिए विशेष सहायता व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए, ताकि विपरीत परिस्थितियों में उनके आश्रितों को आर्थिक संबल मिल सके।
