गोमिया‐ प्रखंड के तुलबुल पंचायत स्थित कारी टोंगरी चौक में मंगलवार को 171वां हूल क्रांति दिवस श्रद्धा एवं उत्साह के साथ मनाया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सुनिता देवी एवं समाजसेवी श्री चितरंजन साव शामिल हुए।
इस दौरान जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सुनिता देवी ने कहा कि हूल क्रांति केवल एक आंदोलन नहीं, बल्कि जल, जंगल और जमीन की रक्षा तथा स्वाभिमान के लिए जनजातीय समाज के संघर्ष का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने सिदो-कान्हो, चांद-भैरव, फूलो-झानो सहित सभी अमर शहीदों के बलिदान को याद करते हुए उन्हें भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
समाजसेवी श्री चितरंजन साव ने आयोजन समिति को सफल एवं भव्य कार्यक्रम के लिए बधाई देते हुए कहा कि हूल दिवस नई पीढ़ी को अपने इतिहास, संस्कृति और शहीदों के त्याग से प्रेरणा लेने का संदेश देता है।
कार्यक्रम में तुलबुल पंचायत की मुखिया श्रीमती ममता देवी, हीरालाल मांझी, संझलो मुर्मू, मुकेश सोरेन, प्रकाश सोरेन, पारस टुडू, श्याम देव मुंडा, दिलीप सोरेन, देवंती देवी, प्रदीप मुर्मू, दशरथ मांझी, सुरेश प्रजापति, गणेश हांसदा, फूलचंद हेंब्रम समेत बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण एवं जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।
