72 अभ्यर्थियों को मिला लर्निंग लाइसेंस, 22 हुए असफल, 170 से अधिक लोग टेस्ट के लिए रहे कतार में

पालकोट (गुमला), 1 जुलाई : झारखंड सरकार के परिवहन विभाग द्वारा संचालित ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ महाअभियान के तहत बुधवार को पालकोट पंचायत में विशेष लर्निंग लाइसेंस शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीणों की भागीदारी देखने को मिली और लोगों ने उत्साहपूर्वक इसका लाभ उठाया।

राज्य के परिवहन सचिव राजीव रंजन की पहल एवं उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो के निर्देश पर आयोजित इस शिविर का उद्देश्य सरकारी सेवाओं को ग्रामीणों के घर-घर तक पहुंचाना है, ताकि लोगों को लर्निंग लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए जिला मुख्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े।

91 अभ्यर्थियों का हुआ टेस्ट, 72 को मिला लाइसेंस

शाम पांच बजे तक प्राप्त आंकड़ों के अनुसार, कुल 91 अभ्यर्थियों के दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन कर कंप्यूटर आधारित लर्निंग टेस्ट लिया गया। इनमें 72 अभ्यर्थी सफल रहे, जिन्हें मौके पर ही लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्रदान किया गया, जबकि 22 अभ्यर्थी टेस्ट में सफल नहीं हो सके। वहीं, 170 से अधिक लोग अपनी बारी का इंतजार करते हुए कतार में खड़े रहे।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया को लेकर दी गई जानकारी

शिविर में शामिल अधिकांश लोगों ने प्रज्ञा केंद्र एवं ऑनलाइन सेवा केंद्रों के माध्यम से आवेदन किया था, जबकि कई अभ्यर्थियों ने स्वयं ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर शिविर में भाग लिया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आवेदक sarathi.parivahan.gov.in पोर्टल पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं तथा आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के बाद निर्धारित शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर शिविर में शामिल हो सकते हैं।

ऑन-स्पॉट दस्तावेज सत्यापन और बायोमेट्रिक प्रक्रिया

शिविर में परिवहन विभाग के कर्मियों द्वारा आवेदकों के दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन, फोटो खींचने और बायोमेट्रिक प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद उन्हें कंप्यूटर आधारित लर्निंग टेस्ट में शामिल कराया गया। पूरी व्यवस्था जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येंद्र महतो एवं उनकी टीम की देखरेख में संचालित की गई।

सड़क सुरक्षा और हेलमेट के प्रति किया गया जागरूक

शिविर के दौरान सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति भी लोगों को जागरूक किया गया। सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक प्रभास कुमार के नेतृत्व में उपस्थित लोगों को यातायात नियमों, वाहन बीमा, गुड सेमेरिटन नीति और हेलमेट के अनिवार्य उपयोग के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई। लोगों से अपील की गई कि वे स्वयं हेलमेट पहनें और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को भी इसके लिए प्रेरित करें।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर शिविर में आने की अपील

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येंद्र महतो ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे शिविर में आने से पहले ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लें। उन्होंने बताया कि आवेदन के लिए आधार कार्ड, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, आयु प्रमाण पत्र, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो एवं ब्लड ग्रुप की जानकारी साथ लाना आवश्यक है। शुल्क का भुगतान केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही किया जाएगा।

ग्रामीणों को मिल रही बड़ी राहत

परिवहन विभाग की इस पहल से सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिल रही है। नवागढ़ से शुरू हुआ यह अभियान आने वाले दिनों में जिले की अन्य पंचायतों में भी आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिससे अधिक से अधिक लोगों को लर्निंग लाइसेंस की सुविधा उनके क्षेत्र में ही उपलब्ध हो सके और सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाई जा सके।
