गुमला (ब्यूरो प्रमुख ) – गणपत लाल चौरसिया
गुमला : – गुमला झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना के तत्वावधान में आयोजित जिला स्तरीय सुब्रतो मुखर्जी फुटबॉल प्रतियोगिता 2026-27 का शुभारंभ गुरुवार को संत इग्नेशियुस उच्च विद्यालय गुमला के जुबली स्टेडियम में हुआ।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन एवं विशिष्ट अतिथि नूर आलम खां को शॉल एवं पुष्पगुच्छ भेंटकर स्वागत किया गया। इसके पश्चात उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन की अध्यक्षता में दीप प्रज्वलित कर प्रतियोगिता का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया गया। इस अवसर पर डीडीसी अनिमेश रंजन ने सभी खिलाड़ियों से अनुशासन एवं टीम भावना के साथ खेलने का आग्रह करते हुए सभी खिलाड़ियों का हौसला बढ़ाया।
इस अवसर पर एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो, सहायक अभियंता शमशाद अली, एपीओ अमर प्रकाश टूटी, बीपीओ दिलदार सिंह तथा लाल चंद्र शेखरनाथ शहदेव सहित अन्य गण्यमान व्यक्ति एवं शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे।
उद्घाटन के उपरांत अतिथियों ने जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों से प्रखंड स्तरीय विजेता टीमों के खिलाड़ियों से परिचय प्राप्त किया और उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया। इसके बाद उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन ने फुटबॉल को किक मारकर प्रतियोगिता के प्रथम मैच का शुभारंभ किया।
प्रतियोगिता के मैच संत इग्नेशियुस
उच्च विद्यालय के जुबली स्टेडियम एवं ग्राउंड-बी में आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। प्रतियोगिता के पहले दिन अंडर-17 बालक वर्ग के मुकाबले खेले गए। 3 जुलाई को अंडर-17 बालिका वर्ग तथा 4 जुलाई को अंडर-15 बालक वर्ग के मैच आयोजित होंगे।
प्रतियोगिता में जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों की विजेता टीमें भाग ले रही हैं। इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य विद्यालयी स्तर पर खेल प्रतिभाओं को प्रोत्साहित करना, खिलाड़ियों में खेल भावना का विकास करना तथा राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए प्रतिभाशाली खिलाड़ियों का चयन करना है।
