गुमला : – गुमल नगर परिषद के शानदार ठेकेदारी प्रथा के द्वारा गुमला जिला मुख्यालय की साफ सफाई करने के रहस्यों का राज खोल कर रख दिया हैं,बरसात के मौसम के उक्त प्रथम बारिश की फुहार ने और उजागर तब हो गया, जब जिला मुख्यालय के जाम नालियों के गंदगी का सैलाब जिला मुख्यालय के मुख्य मार्गो पर बिखरकर चार चांद लगा रही है, फिर भी सुबह होते ही, साफ सफाई की प्रचार प्रसार ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्रों से की जा रही है, कचरा वाला आया,कचरा निकाल, का शानदार ढोलकी पोल खुल रहा है, जिला मुख्यालय में जगह-जगह बिखरे कचरो और गंदगी का अंबार, और तो और नगर परिषद् गुमला में संबंधित खरीद फ्रॉक में हेरा फेरी का मामला बवंडर बनकर चारों तरफ गूंज रहा है, इस संबंध में वार्ड नंबर 12 के दिलीप भगत के द्वारा एक दिन का सांकेतिक भूख हड़ताल भी की गई थी, इस दौरान तरह-तरह की अफवाहें उड़ी, कुछ लोगों ने कहा. पर्दे में रहने दो पर्दा ना उठाओ, को दिलीप भगत द्वारा उक्त पर्दा को उठाने की जोरदार कोशिश जारी हैं, गुमला नगर परिषद द्वारा जिला मुख्यालय में ठेके पर सफाई करवाने की स्थिति भी काफी दैनिये और बद से बत्तर हो चुकी है, निजी सफाई कर्मियों की स्थिति भी काफी दयनीय है , समय पर उन्हें मजदूरी भी प्राप्त नहीं हो पाती, वार्ड नंबर 21और 22 मात्र और मात्र दो वृद्ध महिलाएं तेतरी उराइन और सोमारी उराइन के भरोसे चल रही है सफाई अभियान, गुमला परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक का स्टेडियम के डीएसपी रोड गुमला के मुहाने से लेकर पालकोट रोड स्थित पेट्रोल पंप के मुहाने तक की सफाई कार्य 3 वर्षों से लगातार और प्रतिदिन कराई जाती है, इसके अलावा कभी-कभी वार्ड नंबर 22 स्थित मुक्तिधाम (शमशान घाट ) की भी पूरी सफाई कराई जाती है, इसके अलावे नगर परिषद के जम्मेदार , सीटू – मुन्ना – संदीप और रविंदर – उक्त जम्मेदारों के आदेश पर वृद्ध महिला तेतरी उराइन और सोमारी उराइन को उनके आदेश पर, समय-समय पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जाकर सफाई करनी पड़ती है, एक स्थान पर थकीहारी बैठी सफाई कर्मी तेतरी उराइन और सोमारी उराइन पर उक्त संवाददाता की नजर पड़ी तो उन्होंने सफाई कर्मियों से बातचीत करने पर उन्होंने अपनी दर्द भरी व्यथा सुनाई, और मुस्कुराते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि यही जिंदगी है पत्रकार साहब, कोई हरे का सहारा नहीं है इस दुनिया में.
