कल्याण गुरुकुल के प्रशिक्षुओं को मिली राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर रोजगार की सौगात, उपायुक्त ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर किया रवाना

गुमला : – गुमला जिला कल्याण विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित कल्याण गुरुकुल, गुमला में आज बैच संख्या-101 एवं 103 के प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए फ्लैग ऑफ सह नियुक्ति पत्र वितरण समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मान एवं जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ अतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न ट्रेडों में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर रोजगार के लिए चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए।
जानकारी दी गई कि टाइल्स टेक्नीशियन ट्रेड के प्रशिक्षुओं का चयन संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (दुबई) में रोजगार हेतु हुआ है, जबकि शटरिंग कारपेंटर ट्रेड के प्रशिक्षुओं का चयन हैदराबाद स्थित प्रतिष्ठित औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठानों में रोजगार के लिए किया गया है। यह उपलब्धि जिले के युवाओं को कौशल आधारित प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से गुणवत्तापूर्ण रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि मानी जा रही है।
उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने चयनित युवाओं को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि वे अपने कार्यस्थल पर अनुशासन, ईमानदारी एवं उत्कृष्ट कार्य संस्कृति का परिचय दें तथा अपने कार्य एवं व्यवहार से झारखंड और गुमला जिले का नाम राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर गौरवान्वित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम ग्रामीण युवाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने का प्रभावी माध्यम है।

पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मान ने युवाओं को अपने दायित्वों का निष्ठापूर्वक निर्वहन करने तथा सुरक्षित एवं सकारात्मक कार्य संस्कृति अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। वहीं जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन ने कहा कि कल्याण गुरुकुल के माध्यम से युवाओं को उद्योगों की आवश्यकता के अनुरूप प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है, जिससे उन्हें बेहतर रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त हो रहे हैं।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान सभी चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को आधिकारिक नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए तथा अतिथियों द्वारा हरी झंडी दिखाकर उन्हें उनके नए कार्यस्थलों के लिए रवाना किया गया।
समारोह में कल्याण गुरुकुल के प्राचार्य बृजकिशोर, रिटेंशन सेवक अवधेश पांडेय, सोर्सिंग असिस्टेंट मैनेजर धनंजय, स्थानीय वार्ड सदस्य पार्वती सहित संस्थान के प्रशिक्षकगण, कर्मी, चयनित अभ्यर्थी एवं उनके अभिभावक उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम में प्रशिक्षकों एवं संस्थान के कर्मियों के योगदान की सराहना करते हुए चयनित सभी अभ्यर्थियों के उज्ज्वल एवं सफल भविष्य की कामना की गई।
