उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय गुमला एवं पंचायतों का किया निरीक्षण, योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन ने शनिवार को प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय, गुमला का निरीक्षण कर विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, सहायक परियोजना पदाधिकारी (मनरेगा), जिला समन्वयक ग्रामीण आवास सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने मनरेगा, ग्रामीण आवास योजना, पंचायती राज एवं अन्य योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए मनरेगा अंतर्गत वीबी – जीआर ए एम जी के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने ग्रामीण आवास योजना के लंबित आवासों को शीघ्र पूर्ण कराने तथा प्रथम किश्त प्राप्त करने के बावजूद निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ नहीं करने वाले लाभुकों से समन्वय स्थापित कर कार्य पूर्ण कराने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही 15 वें वित्त आयोग से संबंधित लंबित भुगतान नियमानुसार निष्पादित करने को कहा।

कार्यालय निरीक्षण के क्रम में प्रधान लिपिक एवं नाजिर द्वारा संधारित अभिलेखों एवं पंजीयों की जांच की गई। कैश बुक, वेतन भरपाई पंजी तथा आगत-निर्गत पंजी सुव्यवस्थित पाए गए। अभिलेखों के बेहतर संधारण एवं समयबद्ध अद्यतन के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश भी दिए गए।

इसके उपरांत उप विकास आयुक्त ने ग्राम पंचायत तेलगांव का भ्रमण कर मनरेगा, ग्रामीण आवास एवं 15वें वित्त आयोग से संचालित योजनाओं का स्थल निरीक्षण किया। ग्रामीणों एवं मुखिया के साथ बैठक कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं। ग्रामीणों ने जलमीनार का मोटर चोरी हो जाने से पेयजल आपूर्ति बाधित होने, जर्जर सामुदायिक भवन तथा नए आंगनबाड़ी भवन की आवश्यकता से अवगत कराया। इस पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं पंचायत सचिव को जलमीनार के लिए नया मोटर उपलब्ध कराने, सामुदायिक भवन की मरम्मत तथा नए आंगनबाड़ी भवन के लिए नियमानुसार प्रस्ताव तैयार कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

भ्रमण के दौरान उन्होंने लाभार्थी सरस्वती देवी की आम बागवानी, कूप निर्माण एवं ड्रिप सिंचाई योजना का भी निरीक्षण किया तथा बागवानी के बेहतर रख-रखाव, खरपतवार की नियमित सफाई एवं इंटरक्रॉपिंग अपनाने के संबंध में आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया।
