पंचायत भवनों में इंटरनेट की समस्या के कारण लर्निंग लाइसेंस शिविरों के स्थानों और तिथियों में बदलाव, नया रोस्टर जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित विभिन्न प्रखंडों में परिवहन विभाग के निर्देशानुसार गुमला जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और पंचायतों में आयोजित होने वाले लर्निंग लाइसेंस शिविरों के पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम में आंशिक संशोधन किया गया है,ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के पंचायत भवनों में इंटरनेट नेटवर्क की समस्या के कारण आवेदकों को इंटरनेट आधारित ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया पूरी करने में भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था, जिससे योग्य लाभुकों को शिविर का पूर्ण लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा था।

जनहित को ध्यान में रखते हुए, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा उन प्रखंडों के लिए नया रोस्टर जारी किया गया है, जहाँ अब तक शिविर का आयोजन नहीं हो सका है, संशोधित तिथियों और शिविर स्थलों की सूची निम्न प्रकार है समय: सुबह 11:00 बजे से दोपहर 03:00 बजे तक, संशोधित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार गुमला प्रखंड के फसिया पंचायत भवन में 07 जुलाई , घाघरा प्रखंड के नवडीहा पंचायत भवन में 09 जुलाई , और देवाकी पंचायत भवन में 13 जुलाई, डुमरी प्रखंड के नवाडीह पंचायत भवन में 15 जुलाई , चैनपुर प्रखंड के रामपुर पंचायत भवन में 17 जुलाई , विशुनपुर प्रखंड के विशुनपुर प्रखंड सभागार में 20 जुलाई , भरनो प्रखंड के दक्षिणी भरनो पंचायत भवन में 24 जुलाई , बसिया प्रखंड के कोंनबीर पंचायत भवन में 27 जुलाई , परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी के गोविन्दपुर पंचायत भवन में 29 जुलाई को कैंप आयोजित किए जाएंगे। शिविर का समय सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 3 बजे तक निर्धारित किया गया है।

आवेदन भरने से पहले दस्तावेज़ों को अपने पास रख लें (डिजिटल प्रति मोबाइल में रखें, और मूल कागज़ भी अलग से रखें):
पहचान पत्र: आधार कार्ड या फिर निवास प्रमाण पत्र। उम्र का प्रमाण: 8वीं या 10वीं की मार्कशीट, या मतदाता पहचान पत्र, या पैन कार्ड (इनमें से कोई एक), ब्लड ग्रुप का प्रमाण पत्र ज़रूर जाँच करा कर रखें।

अपने मोबाइल या कंप्यूटर में वेबसाइट sarathi.parivahan.gov.in खोलें, वेबसाइट खुलने पर राज्य के विकल्प में झारखंड चुनें, अप्लाई फॉर लर्निंग लाइसेंस पर क्लिक करें, अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालें, नंबर डालते ही जो पासवर्ड आपके मोबाइल पर आए, उसे वहाँ दर्ज करें, वेबसाइट पर खुले प्रपत्र को ध्यान से भरें (अपना नाम, पिता/पति का नाम , पता, जन्मतिथि , ब्लड ग्रुप आदि)।
आप किस गाड़ी की अनुज्ञप्ति लेना चाहते हैं गाड़ी का प्रकार चुनें: गियर वाली मोटरसाइकिल के लिए , बिना गियर वाली स्कूटी के लिए , कार के लिए हल्का मोटर वाहन चुनें।
सेल्फ डिक्लेरेशन में कुछ सवाल (जैसे – क्या आपको कोई बीमारी है ?) आएँगे, उन्हें ध्यान से पढ़कर सही-सही ‘हाँ’ या ‘नहीं’ में निशान लगाएँ।
सब कुछ सही से भरने के पश्चात सबमिट बटन दबाएँ।
जैसे ही आप जमा करेंगे, आपको एक ‘आवेदन संख्या’ मिल जाएगी और आपके मोबाइल पर भी संदेश आ जाएगा। आवेदन संदर्भ पर्ची , पूर्व-भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र , स्व-घोषणा पत्र (Form 1), फॉर्म 1-A का प्रिंट निकाल लें l
अगला काम दस्तावेज को अपलोड करना है , आपको वेबसाइट पर आवेदन संख्या और अपनी जन्म तिथि डालनी है। जो कागज़ात माँगे जाएँ, उनकी डिजिटल प्रति मोबाइल से वहाँ (अपलोड) करें, ध्यान देना है फ़ाइल् का साइज़ 500 केबी से कम हो ।
कागज़ात अपलोड करने के पश्चात् भुगतान करने के लिए ‘ चुनें। की वेबसाइट पर में अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालकर ओटीपी सत्यापित करें। एटीएम या यूपीआई के माध्यम से भुगतान करें। एक वाहन के लिए 250 रुपये और दो वाहनों के लिए 500 रुपये का शुल्क निर्धारित है। भुगतान के बाद शुल्क रसीद का प्रिंट निकाल लें।
अब एक नई वेबसाइट jhdlrcpayment.rosmertatech.com खोलें। वहां आवेदन संख्या डालकर 25.65 रुपये का इंटरनेट आधारित शुल्क जमा करें और रसीद रख लें।
जब आपकी आवेदन प्रक्रिया (प्रपत्र और शुल्क) पूरी हो जाए, तो आपको शिविर में जाना होगा। जाते समय नीचे दी गई सभी चीज़ें अपने साथ जरूर ले जाएँ: भुगतान रसीद, आवेदन पत्र, फॉर्म-1, फॉर्म 1-A और संदर्भ पर्ची का प्रिंट आउट। आधार कार्ड, 10वीं की अंकतालिका, मतदाता पहचान पत्र आदि (फोटोकॉपी नहीं, मूल कागज़ ही ले जाएँ)। 2 पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर। ब्लड ग्रुप की जानकारी।

शिविर में आपके सभी दस्तावेज की जाँच की जाएगी और सिग्नेचर और फोटो लिया जायेगा l उसके पश्चात आपका कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट लिया जायेगा l टेस्ट में पास होते ही आपको लर्निंग लाइसेंस शिविर में ही प्रदान किया जायेगा l

जिला परिवहन कार्यालय ने सभी स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों, मुखिया और आम जनता से अपील की है कि वे इस संशोधित रोस्टर की सूचना अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचाएं ताकि जिले के नागरिक इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाकर अपनी लर्निंग लाइसेंस आसानी से बनवा सकें।
