टेंडर होने के बावजूद विकास कार्य शुरू नहीं होने के विरोध में , नगर परिषद कार्यालय परिसर गुमला में निर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधियों ने किया हंगामा

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय की विकास योजनाओं के लंबे समय से ठप रहने के विरोध में गुरुवार को नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष शकुंतला उरांव, उपाध्यक्ष रमेश कुमार चीनी सहित विभिन्न वार्ड पार्षदों ने नगर परिषद कार्यालय में तालाबंदी कर जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन किया. इस दौरान आज कार्यालय में मौजूद सभी कर्मचारी अंदर ही फंस गए, जिससे नगर परिषद का कामकाज प्रभावित रहा. टेंडर के बाद भी अब तक विकास कार्य शुरू नहीं होने के विरोध में प्रदर्शन कर रहे, उपस्थित सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों ने आरोप लगाया की नगर के कई विकास योजनाओं का टेंडर पूरा हो चुका है, लेकिन अब तक कार्य शुरू नहीं कराया गया है. इससे नगर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के विकास कार्य पूरी तरह ठप पड़े हैं और आम लोगों को मूलभूत सुविधाओं से जुड़ी विभिन्न समस्याओं को लेकर अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सभी पार्षदों में भारी नाराजगी है. जनहित में आंदोलन तेज करने की चेतावनी देते हुए,

नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष शकुंतला उरांव और उपाध्यक्ष रमेश कुमार चीनी ने कहा कि आम लोगों की समस्याओं को देखते हुए उन्हें आंदोलन का रास्ता अपनाना पड़ा हैं . उन्होंने चेतावनी दी हैं की अभिलंब समय रहते उक्त विकास योजनाओं को शुरू नहीं किया गया, तो जनहित में आंदोलन को और तेज किया जाएगा. उन्होंने प्रशासन से शीघ्र कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए, उपस्थित पार्षदों ने प्रशासन से अभिलंब उक्त लंबित विकास कार्यों को शुरू कराने और नगर परिषद की योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में आ रही बाधाओं को दूर करने की मांग करते हुए उन्होंने उक्त विकास कार्यों में हो रही विलंब का खामियाजा सीधे नगर निवासियों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है, जो न्याय संगत नहीं है l
