सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलओ–बीएलए-2 की बैठक एवं चुनाव पाठशाला का आयोजन, उपायुक्त ने किया औचक निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एवं मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, झारखंड से प्राप्त निर्देश के आलोक में मंगलवार को गुमला जिले के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलओ एवं बीएलए-2 की संयुक्त बैठक के साथ चुनाव पाठशाला का आयोजन किया गया। मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर)-2026 अभियान के तहत आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में अनुपस्थित, स्थानांतरित, मृत एवं डुप्लीकेट मतदाताओं की सूची का सार्वजनिक रूप से वाचन किया गया तथा अनमैप्ड मतदाताओं से संबंधित बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

इसी क्रम में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर एवं नगर परिषद के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों के साथ गुमला शहरी क्षेत्र स्थित लुथरन हाई स्कूल एवं लुथरन मिडिल स्कूल परिसर में स्थापित विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया। उपायुक्त ने लगभग छह मतदान केंद्रों का औचक निरीक्षण करते हुए वहां संचालित चुनाव पाठशाला एवं बीएलओ-बीएलए-2 बैठक की गतिविधियों का जायजा लिया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने बूथ स्तरीय अधिकारियों को एसआईआर प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण पारदर्शिता एवं निष्पक्षता के साथ संपन्न कराने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी पात्र नागरिक मतदाता सूची के विशेष पुनरीक्षण अभियान से वंचित न रहे, यह सुनिश्चित करना सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं बीएलओ की जिम्मेदारी है।

ज्ञात हो कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान-2026 के अंतर्गत 14 जुलाई को पूर्वाह्न 11 बजे से अपराह्न 12 बजे तक जिले के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलओ एवं बीएलए-2 की द्वितीय संयुक्त बैठक आयोजित की गई। मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी के निर्देशानुसार चुनाव पाठशाला के दौरान बूथ स्तरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा प्रारूप एएसडीडी सूची का अनिवार्य रूप से सार्वजनिक वाचन किया गया।

मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान-2026 को एक सहभागी प्रक्रिया है, जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी गुमला सह उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा सभी पात्र भारतीय नागरिकों, मतदाताओं एवं संबंधित हितधारकों से सक्रिय सहयोग करने की अपील की गई, ताकि जिले में शत-प्रतिशत त्रुटिरहित एवं सफल मतदाता सूची तैयार की जा सके।
