उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुआ साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, 50 से अधिक मामलों पर हुई ऑन द स्पॉट सुनवाई

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आए 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं, मांगों एवं शिकायतों से संबंधित आवेदन उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेखों में सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, आवास योजनाओं का लाभ, पेयजल, विद्युत आपूर्ति, सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार, प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने सहित अन्य जनहित से जुड़े मामलों की सुनवाई की गई।

गुमला जिले के युवा कलाकारों के एक समूह ने जिले की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता, पर्यटन स्थलों, सांस्कृतिक विरासत एवं स्थानीय प्रतिभाओं को राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने के उद्देश्य से निर्मित की जा रही एक लघु फिल्म के लिए प्रशासनिक अनुमति एवं सहयोग प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया।

कामडारा प्रखंड अंतर्गत सरिता पंचायत के टिटिही हरहारा नाला पर पुल निर्माण की मांग को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने आवेदन समर्पित किया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि श्रमदान से निर्मित अस्थायी पुल वर्ष 2025 में भारी वर्षा के कारण बह गया था, जिससे कई गांवों का संपर्क पंचायत सचिवालय, रेलवे स्टेशन, साप्ताहिक बाजार तथा विद्यालयों से कट गया है। उन्होंने बरसात से पूर्व स्थायी पुल निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ कराने की मांग की।

घाघरा प्रखंड के सेरेंगदाग निवासी ने हिंडालको कंपनी के स्थानीय प्रबंधन पर भूमि अधिग्रहण के दौरान दबाव बनाने, खनन कार्य पूर्ण होने के पश्चात भूमि को पुनः खेती योग्य नहीं बनाने तथा कार्यस्थल पर प्रताड़ना का आरोप लगाते हुए आवेदन दिया। उन्होंने प्रशासन से भूमि की जांच कराकर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने तथा अपने रोजगार को सुरक्षित रखने की मांग की।

इसी प्रकार पम्पापुर इंटर महाविद्यालय, पालकोट के विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य संकाय के शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारियों ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 एवं 2020-21 के लंबित शैक्षणिक अनुदान की राशि के भुगतान के संबंध में आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। आवेदकों ने जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुपालन की मांग करते हुए लंबित अनुदान राशि शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया।

पालकोट प्रखंड के झिखीरमा निवासी प्रेमचंद उरांव ने अपनी पुश्तैनी भूमि पर अवैध कब्जे एवं जान से मारने की धमकी से संबंधित आवेदन उपायुक्त को सौंपा। वहीं, धनगांव निवासी सोमरा उरांव ने अपनी खतियानी भूमि पर जबरन ट्रैक्टर चलाने, विवादित भूमि पर कब्जे के प्रयास एवं सुरक्षा संबंधी चिंता को लेकर प्रशासन से हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की।

इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए आवेदकों ने भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेखों में त्रुटि सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, पेयजल एवं विद्युत आपूर्ति, सड़क निर्माण, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, रोजगार, प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने सहित अन्य जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में भी आवेदन समर्पित किए।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को प्रत्येक मामले की आवश्यक जांच कर नियमानुसार त्वरित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन तथा पात्र लाभुकों को समयबद्ध राहत उपलब्ध कराने पर विशेष बल दिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन और आम नागरिकों के बीच सीधे संवाद का एक प्रभावी माध्यम है। प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का पारदर्शी एवं निष्पक्ष तरीके से परीक्षण कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, ताकि आमजन की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान हो सके।
