गुमला (ब्यूरो प्रमुख ) – गणपत लाल चौरसिया
गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर जिले में अवैध बालू उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध लगातार सघन जांच एवं छापेमारी अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में दिनांक 15 जुलाई 2026 की शाम अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला अखिलेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में जिला टास्क फोर्स द्वारा सिसई थाना क्षेत्र में औचक जांच एवं छापेमारी अभियान संचालित किया गया।
इस संयुक्त कार्रवाई में अंचल अधिकारी, सिसई, थाना प्रभारी सिसई, खान निरीक्षक, गुमला तथा सशस्त्र बल के जवान शामिल थे। छापेमारी के दौरान मौजा-रेड़वा में ओलमुण्डा से एनएच-43 की ओर जा रहे बालू लदे हाईवा संख्या जेएच-01एफके-1260 को रोका गया। जांच के क्रम में चालक द्वारा बालू परिवहन से संबंधित कोई वैध चालान प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया। ऑनलाइन जेआईएमएमएस पोर्टल पर जांच के दौरान भी उक्त वाहन के नाम से कोई चालान निर्गत नहीं पाया गया।
जांच में हाईवा पर लगभग 800 घनफीट बालू लदा पाया गया। वाहन के चालक को पूछताछ के बाद वाहन सहित हिरासत में लिया गया। इस दौरान वाहन चालक द्वारा साक्ष्य मिटाने के उद्देश्य से महूदा गांव के समीप सड़क किनारे हाईवा में लदा बालू गिराकर भागने का प्रयास किया गया, जिसे पुलिस दल द्वारा खदेड़कर पुनः पकड़ लिया गया। बरामद बालू को सुरक्षार्थ जिम्मेनामा पर स्थानीय चौकीदार की निगरानी में रखा गया है।
अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि बिना वैध पट्टा अथवा अनुज्ञप्ति के खनिज का उत्खनन एवं परिवहन करना खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957, झारखंड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 2004 तथा झारखंड मिनरल्स (प्रिवेंशन ऑफ इल्लीगल माइनिंग, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन एंड स्टोरेज) नियमावली, 2017 के तहत दंडनीय अपराध है।
उपायुक्त द्वारा कड़े निर्देश दिए गयें है कि जिले में अवैध खनन एवं खनिजों के अवैध परिवहन पर रोक लगाने के लिए लगातार अभियान जारी रहेगा। अवैध गतिविधियों में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध विधिसम्मत एवं कठोर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। संबंधित वाहन चालक, खलासी एवं वाहन मालिक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर अग्रेतर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
