मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण को लेकर राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक

गुमला : जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त दिलीश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर)-2026 को लेकर बीएलए-1 एवं सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार पुनरीक्षण कार्य को पारदर्शी, त्रुटिरहित एवं समयबद्ध ढंग से पूरा करने पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण का उद्देश्य मतदाता सूची को अद्यतन एवं त्रुटिरहित बनाना है, ताकि प्रत्येक पात्र नागरिक का नाम मतदाता सूची में शामिल हो तथा मृत, स्थानांतरित, अपात्र एवं दोहरी प्रविष्टियों का नियमानुसार निष्पादन किया जा सके। उन्होंने सभी राजनीतिक दलों से इस अभियान में सक्रिय सहयोग करने की अपील की।

22 जुलाई को सभी बूथों पर होगी बीएलओ-बीएलए-2 की संयुक्त बैठक

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि 22 जुलाई को जिले के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलओ एवं बीएलए-2 की संयुक्त बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी। इस दौरान निर्धारित प्रपत्र भरकर उसी दिन जमा किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने सभी बीएलओ की बूथों पर अनिवार्य उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि बीएलए-2 संबंधित बीएलओ के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर एएसएसडी सूची का सत्यापन एवं मिलान करेंगे, ताकि अनुपस्थित, स्थानांतरित, मृत एवं दोहरी प्रविष्टियों की पहचान कर निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा सके।

22 जुलाई तक 90 प्रतिशत कार्य पूरा करने का निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान के तहत 22 जुलाई तक कम-से-कम 90 प्रतिशत कार्य पूरा करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया। उन्होंने मतदाता प्रपत्रों का वितरण एक सप्ताह के भीतर पूरा करने तथा डिजिटाइजेशन कार्य में तेजी लाने के लिए विशेष शिविर आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही शहरी क्षेत्रों में एक दिवसीय विशेष शिविर लगाने की बात कही, ताकि अधिक से अधिक मतदाताओं तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

उन्होंने एएसएसडी प्रक्रिया की विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए राजनीतिक दलों से अपने-अपने बीएलए-2 को इसकी पूरी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने तथा स्वयंसेवकों को बीएलओ के साथ घर-घर जाकर प्रपत्रों के सत्यापन एवं संग्रहण में सहयोग करने की अपील की।

5 अगस्त को प्रकाशित होगी प्रारूप मतदाता सूची

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत 5 अगस्त को प्रारूप मतदाता सूची प्रकाशित की जाएगी। यदि किसी मतदाता के आवेदन या विवरण में कोई त्रुटि पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित मतदाता को नियमानुसार नोटिस जारी किया जाएगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि नोटिस मिलने पर घबराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। प्रत्येक मामले की सुनवाई संबंधित निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी (ईआरओ) द्वारा की जाएगी और नियमानुसार निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

बैठक में उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी, 69-विशुनपुर (अ.जनजाति) विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अधिकारी तथा विभिन्न मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधि एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
