झारखंड क्षेत्रीय कार्यकर्ता प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2024 के सफल एवं कदाचारमुक्त आयोजन को लेकर उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षा बैठक

गुमला : – जिला मुख्यालय गुमला में झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (जेएसएससी) द्वारा आयोजित झारखंड क्षेत्रीय कार्यकर्ता प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2024 (जेएफडब्ल्यूसीई-2024) के सफल, निष्पक्ष एवं कदाचारमुक्त संचालन को लेकर शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में 19 जुलाई 2026 (रविवार) को जिले के 14 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर आयोजित होने वाली परीक्षा की तैयारियों, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था एवं प्रशासनिक प्रबंधों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में सभी केंद्राधीक्षकों, जोनल, स्थिर एवं गस्ती दंडाधिकारियों तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का अक्षरशः अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि परीक्षा का शांतिपूर्ण, पारदर्शी एवं निष्पक्ष संचालन जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने परीक्षा केंद्रों पर अभ्यर्थियों की सघन जांच, प्रश्नपत्र एवं उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की सुरक्षा, सीसीटीवी निगरानी, बायोमेट्रिक सत्यापन तथा अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को समय पर पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों पर साफ-सफाई, क्रियाशील शौचालय, पेयजल, निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति, सीसीटीवी कैमरा, बायोमेट्रिक प्रणाली, पर्याप्त पुलिस बल एवं सुदृढ़ चारदीवारी की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही सभी केंद्राधीक्षकों को निर्देशित किया गया कि उपरोक्त व्यवस्थाओं से संबंधित आधिकारिक अनुपालन प्रतिवेदन (प्रोसीडिंग) शनिवार शाम पांच बजे तक जिला प्रशासन को उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

परीक्षार्थियों की सुविधा के लिए सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों पर आवश्यक साइनेज एवं दिशा-सूचक बोर्ड लगाए जाने के निर्देश दिए गए। यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया कि सभी साइनेज परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने से कम-से-कम तीन घंटे पूर्व स्थापित हो जाएं।

बैठक में परीक्षा के दौरान विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस बल की प्रतिनियुक्ति, सभी पुलिस पदाधिकारियों की समय पर उपस्थिति तथा जिले के सभी 14 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ रखने के निर्देश दिए गए। शहर में यातायात व्यवस्था सुचारू बनाए रखने तथा परीक्षार्थियों एवं आम नागरिकों को जाम की समस्या से बचाने के लिए पुलिस प्रशासन को आवश्यक कदम उठाने को कहा गया। साथ ही अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को परीक्षा केंद्रों के आसपास धारा-144 लागू करने के संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों एवं परीक्षा प्रक्रिया से सीधे तौर पर जुड़े कर्मियों के अतिरिक्त किसी भी अनाधिकृत व्यक्ति, मीडिया अथवा प्रेस प्रतिनिधि का परीक्षा केंद्रों में प्रवेश पूर्णतः वर्जित रहेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा में किसी भी प्रकार के कदाचार अथवा अनियमितता पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

परीक्षा के सफल संचालन एवं त्वरित शिकायत निवारण के लिए जिला स्तर पर नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित किया गया है। जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष के प्रभारी के रूप में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। नियंत्रण कक्ष परीक्षा के दिन सुबह छह बजे से संचालित होगा तथा परीक्षा सामग्री कोषागार में जमा होने तक कार्यरत रहेगा। नियंत्रण कक्ष का दूरभाष संख्या 06524-223686 एवं मोबाइल संख्या 9798148089 है।

उपायुक्त ने सभी अभ्यर्थियों से अपील की है कि वे निर्धारित समय से पूर्व परीक्षा केंद्र पहुंचें, आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें तथा किसी भी प्रकार की प्रतिबंधित सामग्री लेकर परीक्षा केंद्र नहीं आएं।
