सोलर सिस्टम की ट्रेनिंग लेने वाली 68 किशोरियों को मिला प्रमाण पत्र

रांची में GIZ और अवेयरनेस फाउंडेशन की पहल, ITI सभागार में आयोजित हुआ प्रमाण पत्र वितरण समारोह
रांची, 10 अक्टूबर 2026। जर्मन सहयोग संस्था GIZ एवं अवेयरनेस फाउंडेशन, कोलकाता के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित ‘बेसिक्स ऑफ ग्रीन स्किल्स एंड लिंकेज टू TVET अपॉर्च्युनिटीज’ कार्यक्रम के तहत सोलर सिस्टम विषय पर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वाली 68 किशोरियों को शनिवार को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया गया। रांची के इटकी रोड स्थित आईटीआई केंद्र के सभागार में आयोजित समारोह में किशोरियों को प्रमाण पत्र देकर उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की गई।
यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम झारखंड की राजधानी रांची में स्थानीय आयोजक श्री विश्वकर्मा वेलफेयर सोसाइटी, रांची के सहयोग से संचालित किया गया था। इसके तहत 68 किशोरियों को सोलर सिस्टम से संबंधित तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद प्रतिभागियों को विभिन्न औद्योगिक संस्थानों में ऑन-द-जॉब ट्रेनिंग भी कराई गई, ताकि वे व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त कर रोजगार के बेहतर अवसरों से जुड़ सकें।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आईटीआई के प्राचार्य श्री संदेश कुमार पासवान उपस्थित रहे। विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में रांची नगर निगम के वार्ड संख्या 29 के पार्षद श्री सुनील यादव ने शिरकत की। इसके अलावा आईटीआई के विभिन्न ट्रेडों के प्रशिक्षक दिनेश कुमार महतो, राजीव कुमार विश्वकर्मा, जितेंद्र कुमार सिंह, शकील अख्तर, विधान चंद्र मंडल एवं नीलकमल भगत विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे। सभी अतिथियों ने प्रशिक्षित किशोरियों का मार्गदर्शन किया और उन्हें प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए।
तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण से खुलते हैं सफलता के नए रास्ते : संदेश कुमार पासवान
मुख्य अतिथि श्री संदेश कुमार पासवान ने किशोरियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण जीवन को सफल बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। यदि व्यक्ति के पास तकनीकी ज्ञान और कौशल है, तो वह जीवन में नई ऊंचाइयों को छू सकता है। सरकार विभिन्न माध्यमों से कई प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करती है, जिनका लाभ युवाओं को उठाना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि किशोरियों ने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर अपनी मेहनत और लगन का परिचय दिया है। आज उन्हें जो प्रमाण पत्र मिल रहा है, वह केवल कागज का एक टुकड़ा नहीं है, बल्कि उनकी मेहनत, लगन और सीखे गए कौशल का प्रमाण है। यह प्रमाण पत्र उन्हें भविष्य में आगे बढ़ने और अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रेरित करता रहेगा।
अतिथियों का किया गया सम्मान
कार्यक्रम का संचालन श्री विश्वकर्मा वेलफेयर सोसाइटी के सचिव विक्रांत विश्वकर्मा ने किया। सोसाइटी के उपाध्यक्ष विद्यानंद विद्यार्थी तथा कोषाध्यक्ष उदय कुमार एवं भीम शर्मा ने मुख्य अतिथि और विशिष्ट अतिथियों को पुष्पगुच्छ एवं शॉल भेंट कर सम्मानित किया।
समिति के कोषाध्यक्ष श्री उदय कुमार ने आईटीआई प्रबंधन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आईटीआई प्रबंधन ने किशोरियों के हित में अपना बहुमूल्य समय दिया और कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के लिए सभागार उपलब्ध कराया। इसके लिए उन्होंने प्रबंधन का धन्यवाद किया।
कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य किशोरियों को हरित कौशल (ग्रीन स्किल्स) से जोड़ना, उन्हें सौर ऊर्जा जैसे उभरते क्षेत्रों में तकनीकी रूप से दक्ष बनाना तथा रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार के अवसरों के प्रति जागरूक करना रहा। प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के बाद प्रशिक्षित किशोरियों में उत्साह देखा गया।
