जेबीसीसीआई हमारा अधिकार, 12वें वेतन समझौते के लिए होगा संघर्ष : संयुक्त मोर्चा

गोमिया–-12वें वेतन समझौते के लिए जेबीसीसीआई (ज्वाइंट बाइपार्टाइट कमेटी फॉर द कोल इंडस्ट्री) के गठन की मांग को लेकर 1 जुलाई को पूरे कोयला उद्योग में संयुक्त ट्रेड यूनियन मोर्चा के नेतृत्व में ‘मांग दिवस’ मनाया जाएगा। इसकी सफलता को लेकर विभिन्न कोलियरियों एवं इकाइयों में लगातार पीट मीटिंग और नुक्कड़ सभाओं का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
इसी क्रम में सीसीएल कथारा क्षेत्र के स्वांग वाशरी में मंगलवार को मांग दिवस की सफलता को लेकर पीट मीटिंग आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता मजदूर नेता सुधीर सिंह ने की।
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए एनसीओईए के केंद्रीय कमेटी सदस्य सह क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष श्याम बिहारी सिंह दिनकर ने कहा कि 12वें वेतन समझौते के लिए जेबीसीसीआई का गठन कोयला मजदूरों का अधिकार है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए चार लेबर कोड जेबीसीसीआई के गठन में सबसे बड़ी बाधा बन रहे हैं और इनका उद्देश्य मजदूरों के अधिकारों में कटौती करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि 1 जुलाई का मांग दिवस आंदोलन की शुरुआत है, जिसके बाद जेबीसीसीआई के गठन और 12वें वेतन समझौते को लेकर पूरे कोयला उद्योग में व्यापक संघर्ष किया जाएगा।
एटक नेता बलराम नायक ने कहा कि कोयला मजदूरों के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए ट्रेड यूनियनें हमेशा संघर्ष करती रही हैं और इस बार भी 12वें वेतन समझौते के लिए एकजुट होकर आंदोलन किया जाएगा। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि जीत मजदूरों की ही होगी।
पीट मीटिंग को सीटू नेता रोशन कुमार, इंटक नेता हृदय नारायण यादव सहित अन्य नेताओं ने भी संबोधित किया और 1 जुलाई के मांग दिवस को सफल बनाने का आह्वान किया।
