चंद्रपुरा में पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई, 37 पेटी विदेशी शराब बरामद, चार तस्कर गिरफ्तार

गोमिया_सोमवार बोकारो पुलिस ने अवैध शराब के कारोबार के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए चंद्रपुरा थाना क्षेत्र के तेलो पूर्वी बड़ियारटांड में छापेमारी कर चार तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया है। कार्रवाई के दौरान 37 पेटी विदेशी शराब, 305 एक्साइज ढक्कन, 51 स्टीकर तथा पांच मोबाइल फोन बरामद किए गए। सभी आरोपितों को न्यायिक हिरासत में तेनुघाट जेल भेज दिया गया।
पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर बेरमो एसडीपीओ के नेतृत्व में गठित विशेष टीम ने मंगलवार को यह छापेमारी की। पुलिस को 29 जून को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि तेलो पूर्वी बड़ियारटांड निवासी कामेश्वर कुमार महतो अपने सहयोगियों के साथ अवैध विदेशी शराब का निर्माण एवं कारोबार कर रहा है। सूचना के आधार पर गठित टीम ने उत्पाद विभाग के साथ मिलकर हनुमान मंदिर के सामने स्थित उसके घर पर छापा मारा।
छापेमारी के दौरान पुलिस ने मौके से कामेश्वर कुमार महतो, विनय कुमार, दिनेश प्रजापति तथा कृष्णा कुमार को गिरफ्तार किया। तलाशी के दौरान आरोपितों के घरों से भारी मात्रा में अवैध विदेशी शराब एवं शराब निर्माण में प्रयुक्त सामग्री बरामद की गई।
बरामद शराब में ब्लैक टाइगर व्हिस्की की 15 पेटी, ऑफिसर्स च्वाइस की 12 पेटी, एमसी डॉवेल नंबर-1 की तीन पेटी, रॉयल चैलेंजर की तीन पेटी तथा स्टर्लिंग रिजर्व बी-7 की चार पेटी शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा 101 काले रंग के झारखंड एक्साइज आरसी लोगो वाले ढक्कन, 204 ग्रे रंग के झारखंड एक्साइज एमसीडी लोगो वाले ढक्कन, ब्लेंडर्स प्राइड के 51 स्टीकर तथा पांच मोबाइल फोन भी जब्त किए गए।
गिरफ्तार आरोपितों में 33 वर्षीय कामेश्वर कुमार महतो (तेलो पूर्वी बड़ियारटांड), 32 वर्षीय विनय कुमार (तेलो पश्चिमी), 41 वर्षीय दिनेश प्रजापति (तेलो मध्य) तथा 19 वर्षीय कृष्णा कुमार (तुपकाडीह, जरीडीह) शामिल हैं। पुलिस के अनुसार मुख्य आरोपित कामेश्वर कुमार महतो के विरुद्ध चंद्रपुरा एवं दुग्दा थाना में पूर्व से चार आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।
इस संबंध में चंद्रपुरा थाना कांड संख्या 75/2026 दिनांक 30 जून 2026 के तहत विभिन्न धाराओं के साथ उत्पाद अधिनियम की धारा 47(ए) के अंतर्गत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।
छापेमारी दल में चंद्रपुरा थाना प्रभारी विक्रम कुमार, दुग्दा थाना प्रभारी मनीष कुमार, बोकारो झरिया ओपी प्रभारी श्रीनिवास सिंह सहित उत्पाद विभाग एवं पुलिस के अन्य अधिकारी शामिल थे।
