हूल दिवस पर मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद ने सिमराबेड़ा एवं तुलबुल में शहीदों को दी श्रद्धांजलि, कहा— हूल दिवस संघर्ष, स्वाभिमान और अस्मिता का अमर प्रतीक

गोमिया–मंगलवार को माननीय मंत्री, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता तथा उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध विभाग के आदरणीय श्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद महतो ने गोमिया प्रखंड अंतर्गत ग्राम सिमराबेड़ा स्थित गिधनिया फुटबॉल मैदान एवं ग्राम तुलबुल में हूल दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित कार्यक्रमों में सम्मिलित होकर अमर वीर शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
सिमराबेड़ा में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में माननीय मंत्री जी का फूल-माला पहनाकर भव्य स्वागत किया गया, वहीं तुलबुल में उनका पारंपरिक रीति-रिवाजों के साथ आत्मीय एवं भव्य स्वागत किया गया। दोनों स्थानों पर उन्होंने अमर वीर शहीद सिदो-कान्हू की तस्वीर पर माल्यार्पण कर भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की तथा उन्हें श्रद्धापूर्वक नमन किया।
अपने संबोधन में माननीय मंत्री जी ने कहा कि हूल दिवस केवल एक ऐतिहासिक अथवा स्मरण दिवस नहीं, बल्कि संघर्ष, स्वाभिमान, अस्मिता और बलिदान का अमर प्रतीक है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 1855 में अमर वीर सिदो-कान्हू, चांद-भैरव तथा वीरांगनाएं फुलो-झानो के नेतृत्व में हजारों संथाल वीरों ने अंग्रेजी हुकूमत, अन्याय, शोषण और अत्याचार के विरुद्ध विद्रोह का बिगुल फूंका था। संथाल हूल ने पूरे देश में स्वतंत्रता की चेतना जगाने का कार्य किया और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए साहस एवं आत्मसम्मान का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया।
माननीय मंत्री जी ने कहा कि हजारों वीर-वीरांगनाओं का बलिदान आज भी हमें अन्याय के विरुद्ध एकजुट होकर संघर्ष करने, अपने अधिकारों, सम्मान और स्वाभिमान की रक्षा करने तथा समाज में एकता, भाईचारे और विकास की भावना के साथ आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देता है।
उन्होंने उपस्थित जनसमूह से आह्वान किया कि अमर शहीदों के आदर्शों को अपने जीवन में आत्मसात करते हुए उनके सपनों का समृद्ध, विकसित और न्यायपूर्ण झारखंड बनाने के लिए सभी लोग मिलकर कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि शहीदों के दिखाए मार्ग पर चलना और समाज तथा राज्य के समग्र विकास में अपनी सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाना ही उनके प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि होगी।
