रेल ओवरब्रिज निर्माण में विलंब पर भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी से मिला विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति का प्रतिनिधिमंडल

गोमिया, संवाददाता-  गोमिया में प्रस्तावित रेल ओवरब्रिज (आरओबी) निर्माण के लिए अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि के मुआवजा भुगतान में हो रही देरी को लेकर विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति, गोमिया का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल बुधवार को बोकारो की जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी अनुराधा कुमारी से मिला। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने तथा प्रभावित रैयतों को शीघ्र मुआवजा भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की।
समिति के सचिव-सह-माकपा नेता राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि अक्टूबर 2023 में ग्राम सभा संपन्न होने के बावजूद लगभग तीन वर्ष बाद भी रेल ओवरब्रिज का निर्माण कार्य अधूरा है। उन्होंने कहा कि परियोजना में सबसे बड़ी बाधा भूमि अधिग्रहण और मुआवजा भुगतान में हो रही देरी है। संबंधित रैयत अपनी भूमि देने के लिए तैयार हैं, लेकिन विभागीय स्तर पर लंबित प्रक्रिया के कारण निर्माण कार्य आगे नहीं बढ़ पा रहा है।
राकेश कुमार ने जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी से स्वयं हस्तक्षेप कर अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र पूरा कराने की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह परियोजना क्षेत्र के हजारों लोगों की सुविधा से जुड़ी है और इसमें अनावश्यक विलंब जनहित के विपरीत है।
जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी अनुराधा कुमारी ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वस्त किया कि मामले में व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर हस्तक्षेप करते हुए जहां भी समस्या आ रही है, उसका समाधान कराया जाएगा तथा भूमि अधिग्रहण की प्रक्रिया को यथाशीघ्र पूरा करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल में विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति के अध्यक्ष विनय महतो, विस्थापित नेता मुकेश कुमार, अरविंद कुमार तथा मन प्रजापति शामिल थे।
