12वें वेज बोर्ड की मांग को लेकर कथारा में श्रमिकों का प्रदर्शन, सीसीएल प्रबंधन को सौंपा ज्ञापन

गोमिया– 12वें वेज बोर्ड को अविलंब लागू करने सहित विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर संयुक्त ट्रेड यूनियन मोर्चा के बैनर तले बुधवार को कथारा क्षेत्र के विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के कामगारों ने जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया। मांग दिवस के अवसर पर निकाले गए जुलूस के बाद श्रमिकों ने सीसीएल कथारा क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधन को ज्ञापन सौंपकर जल्द मांगों पर कार्रवाई की मांग की।
पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के तहत कृष्ण चेतना क्लब से जुलूस निकालकर श्रमिक महाप्रबंधक कार्यालय पहुंचे, जहां मानव संसाधन विभागाध्यक्ष श्रीमती माधुरी मड़के को मांगपत्र सौंपा गया। इसके बाद आयोजित सभा की अध्यक्षता कॉमरेड चंद्रशेखर झा ने की।
सभा को संबोधित करते हुए वक्ताओं ने कहा कि कोयला मजदूर विषम एवं जोखिमपूर्ण परिस्थितियों में कार्य कर देश की ऊर्जा, इस्पात और सीमेंट उद्योगों को मजबूती प्रदान कर रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद लंबे समय से 12वें वेज बोर्ड का गठन नहीं होने और वेतन समझौते में हो रही देरी से श्रमिकों में व्यापक असंतोष है।
मोर्चा की ओर से केंद्र सरकार एवं कोल इंडिया प्रबंधन से 12वां वेज बोर्ड शीघ्र लागू करने, चारों श्रम संहिताओं (लेबर कोड) को वापस लेने तथा श्रमिकों को उनके श्रम के अनुरूप उचित मजदूरी सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की गई। नेताओं ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि मांगों की अनदेखी जारी रही तो आंदोलन को और तेज किया जाएगा।
सभा को कॉमरेड श्याम बिहारी सिंह दिनकर, बालेश्वर गोप, विजय कुमार सिंह, मो. इकबाल अहमद, कामोद प्रसाद तथा मथुरा सिंह यादव ने भी संबोधित किया। कार्यक्रम में गणेश राम, कमलेश गुप्ता, अमित सिंह, बालगोविंद मंडल सहित बड़ी संख्या में श्रमिक उपस्थित थे।
