एकेके परियोजना विस्तार के लिए बरवाबेड़ा के रैयतों से सहयोग की अपील, पहले चरण में 80 घर होंगे शिफ्ट

गोमिया–सीसीएल बीएंडके क्षेत्र की एकेके (AKK) परियोजना के विस्तार को लेकर बरवाबेड़ा गांव के विस्थापन एवं पुनर्वास के संबंध में गुरुवार को करगली ऑफिसर्स क्लब में महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता बेरमो के अंचलाधिकारी (सीओ) संजीत कुमार ने की। इसमें प्रशासन, सीसीएल प्रबंधन, जनप्रतिनिधियों, मजदूर नेताओं एवं बड़ी संख्या में रैयतों ने भाग लिया।
बैठक में परियोजना विस्तार के लिए बरवाबेड़ा गांव के ग्रामीणों को नए पुनर्वास स्थल (फेज-2) में बसाने, मुआवजा भुगतान तथा मूलभूत सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई। बताया गया कि पहले चरण में गांव के 80 घरों को स्थानांतरित किया जाएगा, ताकि हॉल रोड को भी शिफ्ट कर परियोजना विस्तार का कार्य शुरू किया जा सके। इन 80 परिवारों के लिए सीसीएल प्रबंधन द्वारा प्लॉटिंग का कार्य पूरा कर लिया गया है।
सीओ संजीत कुमार ने रैयतों से परियोजना विस्तार में सहयोग करने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि प्रशासन पुनर्वास प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी एवं व्यवस्थित ढंग से पूरा कराने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। वहीं एकेके परियोजना पदाधिकारी सुमेधानंदन ने कहा कि सभी पक्षों के सहयोग से शिफ्टिंग का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
सीसीएल प्रबंधन के अनुसार, बरवाबेड़ा गांव के कुल 242 परिवारों को नए पुनर्वास स्थल पर पांच-पांच डिसमिल भूमि का प्लॉट दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए प्लॉटिंग का कार्य शुरू हो चुका है। दूसरे चरण में लगभग 250 अन्य लोगों को भी पुनर्वास स्थल पर स्थानांतरित किया जाएगा। फिलहाल पहले चरण के 80 परिवारों का आकलन (एसेसमेंट) पूरा कर लिया गया है।
बैठक के दौरान मजदूर नेता विकास सिंह, मोहम्मद सरफुद्दीन, मोहम्मद अब्दुल सतार, दिल मोहम्मद, मोहम्मद नौशाद तथा मोहम्मद अबरार सहित अन्य ग्रामीणों ने पुनर्वास, मुआवजा एवं अन्य समस्याओं को प्रशासन और प्रबंधन के समक्ष रखा।
गौरतलब है कि कोनार-खासमहल परियोजना देश की शीर्ष 25 कोयला खदानों में शामिल है। बरवाबेड़ा गांव के स्थानांतरण के बाद सीसीएल को इस क्षेत्र के भू-गर्भ से लगभग 40 मिलियन टन कोयले का दोहन करने का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा।
बैठक में भूमिगत राजस्व पदाधिकारी शंकर झा, एसओपी विनय रंजन टुडु, वरिष्ठ सर्वेयर आर.आर. नायक, कार्मिक प्रबंधक पी.एन. सिंह, रमेश कुमार सहित बड़ी संख्या में रैयत मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित थे।
