BPSC-UPSC के प्रश्न पत्र रांची के गवर्नमेंट प्रेस में छपते रहे, पर कभी लीक की खबर नहीं आई

रांची : आजादी के वर्षों बाद भी बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग की परीक्षा का प्रश्न पत्र रांची के गवर्नमेंट प्रेस में छपता रहा. इसी तरह यूपीएससी की परीक्षा का प्रश्न पत्र रांची के एक प्रिंटिंग प्रेस में छपता रहा. इसकी जानकारी कभी किसी को नहीं हुई. जमुना धार मिश्र रांची के गवर्नमेंट प्रेस में डिप्टी सुपरिंटेंडेंट थे. एक बार उनका सुपुत्र बीपीएससी की परीक्षा दे रहा था और प्रश्न पत्र भी रांची के उसी प्रेस में छप रहा था. इसके बाद मिश्रा जी ने जब तक प्रश्न पत्र छपता तब तक के लिए अपना स्थानांतरण पटना करवा लिया था.

पिता ने कभी घर में नहीं बताया था

उनका मानना था कि अगर बेटा बीपीएससी की परीक्षा में सफल हो गया तो उन पर किसी प्रकार का आरोप ना लगे. इसके बाद मेरे पिता रामकृष्ण प्रसाद उन्मन को गवर्नमेंट प्रेस रांची का इंचार्ज बनाया गया था और बीपीएससी परीक्षा के प्रश्न पत्र की गोपनीयता की जिम्मेदारी भी उन्हें सौंपी गयी थी. इस बात की जानकारी मेरी मां समेत परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य को कभी नहीं हुई कि बीपीएससी परीक्षा के प्रश्न पत्र छापने की जिम्मेदारी उनके कंधों पर है.

वर्षों तक UPSC के प्रश्न पत्र भी छपते रहे

इसी तरह रांची के एक प्रिंटिंग प्रेस में यूपीएससी का प्रश्न पत्र कई वर्षों तक छपता रहा. उन प्रश्नों का उत्तर देकर न जाने कितने लोग देश में आईएएस-आईपीएस बने. इसमें रांची के लोग भी शामिल रहे, लेकिन कभी उसका प्रश्न पत्र लीक नहीं हुआ.

उस प्रिंटिंग प्रेस में भारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बावजूद एक बार यूपीएससी का प्रश्न पत्र लीक हो गया था. इसकी सीबीआई जांच हुई तो हरमू रोड स्थित किशोरगंज के कुछ लोग गिरफ्तार भी किए गए थे. इसके बाद ही पता चला कि रांची में वर्षों तक यूपीएससी का प्रश्न छपता रहा था.

वो भी क्या दिन थे…पिताजी बताते थे कि रांची के गवर्नमेंट प्रेस की साख इतनी अच्छी थी कि अन्य राज्यों के लोक सेवा आयोग के प्रश्न पत्र भी समय-समय पर वहां छपते थे लेकिन कभी लीक नहीं हुआ.
