गोमिया थाना में थाना दिवस, तीन जमीन विवादों की हुई सुनवाई

गोमिया। जमीन संबंधी विवादों के त्वरित समाधान को लेकर बुधवार को गोमिया थाना परिसर में थाना दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी चंदन कुमार एवं अंचल निरीक्षक (सीआई) की उपस्थिति में जमीन से जुड़े मामलों की सुनवाई करते हुए दोनों पक्षों की समस्याओं को सुना गया।
थाना दिवस के दौरान कुल तीन शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से एक मामले का निष्पादन कर दिया गया। वहीं दो मामले फिलहाल लंबित हैं। लंबित मामलों में दोनों पक्षों को न्यायालय के माध्यम से विवाद का समाधान कराने की बात कही गई।
थाना दिवस का उद्देश्य जमीन संबंधी विवादों का आपसी स्तर पर समाधान कर लोगों को राहत पहुंचाना तथा अनावश्यक विवाद को बढ़ने से रोकना है। इस दौरान प्राप्त शिकायतों की जांच और आवश्यक कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया भी पूरी की गई।
गोमिया थाना से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार थाना दिवस में किसी भी मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं की गई।
