सिद्धो-कान्हो कृषि एवं वनोपज जिला सहकारी संघ की समीक्षा बैठक में उपायुक्त ने दिए कई निर्देश, पुराना आईटीडीए भवन संघ का कार्यालय बनाने को कहा

गुमला। जिले के किसानों और वनोपज संग्रहकर्ताओं की आय बढ़ाने और उनके उत्पादों को बेहतर बाजार उपलब्ध कराने को लेकर जिला प्रशासन ने पहल तेज कर दी है। इसी सिलसिले में समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त दिलीश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में सिद्धो-कान्हो कृषि एवं वनोपज जिला सहकारी संघ लिमिटेड, गुमला के निदेशक मंडल की समीक्षा बैठक हुई।

बैठक में संघ के कामकाज के साथ-साथ जिले में उपलब्ध कृषि उत्पादों और वनोपजों के संग्रहण, बिक्री और किसानों को मिलने वाले लाभ पर चर्चा की गई।

स्थानीय बाजार में उचित कीमत नहीं मिलने की समस्या

बैठक में जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी ने संघ की स्थापना और उसके उद्देश्यों की जानकारी दी। बताया गया कि सिद्धो-कान्हो कृषि एवं वनोपज जिला सहकारी संघ की स्थापना वर्ष 2021 में हुई थी। इसका उद्देश्य किसानों और वनोपज संग्रहकर्ताओं के उत्पादों को एकत्र कर उन्हें बेहतर बाजार उपलब्ध कराना और उचित कीमत दिलाना है।

वर्तमान में जिले के किसान और संग्रहकर्ता करंज, करंज बीज, लाह, इमली, रागी, महुआ समेत कई कृषि और वनोपज स्थानीय बाजारों में बेचते हैं। हालांकि, बाजार और सही कीमत की जानकारी के अभाव में कई बार उन्हें अपने उत्पाद का अपेक्षित मूल्य नहीं मिल पाता है।

बिचौलियों पर निर्भरता कम करने की कोशिश

मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को किसानों और वनोपज संग्रहकर्ताओं के बीच संघ की गतिविधियों को लेकर व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों को उनके उत्पाद की संभावित कीमत, उपलब्ध बाजार और संघ के माध्यम से बिक्री की प्रक्रिया की पूरी जानकारी दी जाए। इससे किसान और संग्रहकर्ता अपने उत्पाद को बेहतर तरीके से बेच सकेंगे और बिचौलियों पर उनकी निर्भरता कम हो सकती है।

उपायुक्त ने संघ के माध्यम से जिले के कृषि उत्पादों और वनोपजों को व्यवस्थित बाजार से जोड़ने और किसानों को अधिकतम संभव उचित मूल्य दिलाने की दिशा में ठोस कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

पुराना आईटीडीए भवन बनेगा संघ का कार्यालय

बैठक में संघ के लिए अलग कार्यालय नहीं होने की जानकारी भी सामने आई। इसके बाद उपायुक्त ने पुराने आईटीडीए कार्यालय भवन को सिद्धो-कान्हो कृषि एवं वनोपज जिला सहकारी संघ के कार्यालय के रूप में स्थापित करने का निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने संघ की गतिविधियों को सिर्फ जिला मुख्यालय तक सीमित न रखते हुए पंचायत और प्रखंड स्तर तक पहुंचाने पर भी जोर दिया। ज्यादा से ज्यादा किसानों और वनोपज संग्रहकर्ताओं को संघ से जोड़ने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने को कहा गया।

कई विभागों के अधिकारी और लैम्पस प्रतिनिधि रहे मौजूद

बैठक में वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी सह प्रबंध निदेशक, सिद्धकोफेड अहमद बेलाल अनवर, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी माधुरी बेग, जिला उद्योग केंद्र के महाप्रबंधक के प्रतिनिधि, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी समेत संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

इसके अलावा तेतरा लैम्पस, सिसई लैम्पस, टोटाम्बी लैम्पस और फेपुर लैम्पस लिमिटेड के निर्वाचित निदेशक मंडल के सदस्य भी बैठक में शामिल हुए।
