गोमिया। गोमिया प्रखंड में शुक्रवार को पूर्व विधायक श्रीमती बबीता देवी ने दो अलग-अलग स्थानों पर आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र भवन निर्माण कार्य का विधिवत शुभ शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान सिंघली टोला और बेलाटांड़ में ग्रामीणों ने उनका फूल-माला पहनाकर स्वागत किया।

मौके पर बबीता देवी ने कहा कि आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बच्चों के पोषण, प्रारंभिक शिक्षा और समग्र विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। नए भवन के निर्माण से बच्चों को बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलेंगी तथा उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की मजबूत नींव तैयार होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र में जनहित से जुड़े विकास कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के साथ आगे बढ़ाने की जरूरत है।

इसके बाद बबीता देवी होसिर पश्चिमी पंचायत के सब्जीटांड़ निवासी झामुमो के सक्रिय कार्यकर्ता भारत रविदास की माता के श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम में भी शामिल हुईं। उन्होंने दिवंगत की तस्वीर पर पुष्प अर्पित कर श्रद्धांजलि दी और उनकी आत्मा की शांति के लिए प्रार्थना की। साथ ही, शोकाकुल परिजनों से मुलाकात कर उन्हें ढांढस बंधाया तथा इस दुख की घड़ी में हरसंभव सहयोग का भरोसा दिया।
