होली और रमजान को लेकर गुमला में जिला स्तरीय शांति समिति की बैठक संपन्न

गुमला, मार्च 2025: आगामी होली और रमजान के मद्देनजर जिला स्तरीय शांति समिति की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने संयुक्त रूप से अध्यक्षता की। इस बैठक में नगर परिषद, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, पुलिस प्रशासन, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि और शांति समिति के सदस्य शामिल हुए।

त्योहारों के दौरान कानून-व्यवस्था और नागरिक सुविधाओं पर चर्चा

बैठक में शहर की जल आपूर्ति, ट्रैफिक नियंत्रण, नशे की बढ़ती समस्या, साइबर अपराध और सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा जैसे मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।
✔ जल संकट: शांति समिति के सदस्यों ने रमजान के दौरान पानी की कमी को लेकर चिंता जताई। उपायुक्त ने आश्वासन दिया कि प्रत्येक वार्ड में पानी के टैंकर भेजे जाएंगे और विशेष जलापूर्ति की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
✔ यातायात एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था: होली के दिन रात 8 बजे से भारी वाहनों के आवागमन पर रोक लगाई जाएगी। संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात होगा और सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर पेट्रोलिंग बढ़ाई जाएगी।

नशे और अवैध गतिविधियों पर सख्ती

पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि नशे और अवैध शराब की बिक्री पर रोक लगाने के लिए सघन जांच अभियान चलाया जाएगा।
✔ डीजे पर आपत्तिजनक गाने बजाने पर सख्त पाबंदी।
✔ ड्रग्स से जुड़े मामलों पर निगरानी: पिछले छह महीनों में 20 से अधिक ड्रग्स से जुड़ी शिकायतों पर कार्रवाई की गई है।
✔ नशे की वजह से बढ़ रहे अपराधों पर चिंता: पुलिस ने नागरिकों से संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना तुरंत देने की अपील की।

महिलाओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर विशेष निर्देश

एसडीओ सदर राजीव नीरज ने होली के दौरान महिलाओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर सतर्कता बरतने की अपील की।
✔ असुरक्षित महसूस करने पर तुरंत प्रशासन से संपर्क करने का निर्देश।
✔ होलिका दहन खुले स्थानों पर करने की सलाह, ताकि दुर्घटनाओं से बचा जा सके।
✔ जबरन रंग लगाने जैसी घटनाओं पर सख्त कार्रवाई की चेतावनी।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने दी सतर्कता की सलाह

✔ सिविल सर्जन गुमला ने हरे रंग और अबीर से बचने की अपील, जिससे त्वचा और आंखों को नुकसान हो सकता है।
✔ त्योहारों के दौरान खान-पान में सतर्कता बरतने और अस्वास्थ्यकर भोजन से बचने की सलाह।
✔ जिला अस्पताल और प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में आपातकालीन चिकित्सा सेवाएं उपलब्ध रहेंगी।

नागरिकों से शांति और सौहार्द बनाए रखने की अपील

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने नागरिकों से शांति बनाए रखने और प्रशासन के साथ सहयोग करने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा,
“जब दो बड़े त्योहार एक साथ आते हैं, तो प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी और भी बढ़ जाती है। गुमला की जनता हमेशा प्रेम और भाईचारे के साथ त्योहार मनाती आई है। प्रशासन सभी उठाए गए सुझावों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करेगा।”

इसके साथ ही साइबर अपराधों से बचने के लिए नागरिकों से सतर्क रहने और किसी भी ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी की सूचना तुरंत साइबर हेल्पलाइन 1930 पर देने की अपील की गई।

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त, पुलिस अधीक्षक और अन्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने नागरिकों को होली और रमजान की शुभकामनाएं दीं और शांति एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण तरीके से त्योहार मनाने का अनुरोध किया।
