संवेदक ठेकेदार द्वारा 3 माह पूर्व ही पुलिया निर्माण के लिए गड्ढा खोदकर छोड़ दिया गया , फलस्वरूप सिंचाई के पानी का दिशा बदल गया, किसान परेशानी में , प्रशासन से लगाई गुहार।

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित बिशुनपुर क्षेत्र में पिछले एक वर्षों से प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क योजना के तहत नरमा से तेंदार तक सड़क निर्माण का कार्य चल रहा है , जिसमें कई संवेदक पेटी में पुलिया निर्माण का काम कर रहे हैं , परंतु उक्त संवेदकों द्वारा कछुआ की गति से कार्य किया जा रहा है , जिससे छोटकी एवं बड़की संमदरी, व बेंदी, तेतर टोली, आम्बा टोली, ढाड़ टोली, गांव के किसान अपने खेतों में इस वर्ष सिंचाई को लेकर परेशान है।

उक्त गांव के लोग एकत्रित होकर घूघ्घिया नाला के समीप बैठक की और कहा खूंटी निवासी संवेदक अनूप महतो के द्वारा घूघ्घिया नाला में तीन माह पूर्व पुलिया बनाने के लिए सिर्फ गड्ढा खोदकर छोड़ दिया गया है जिससे नला के माध्यम से सिंचाई के लिए पहुंचने वाला पानी का दिशा बदल गया है और कई किसानों के खेतों को बर्बाद करते हुए सीधा पानी नदी में चला जाएगा है और उक्त पानी अबतक हम लोगों के खेत तक नहीं पहुंच पाएगा और इस वर्ष हम लोग अपने खेतों में फसल नहीं उगा पाएंगे। अगर उक्त पुलिया का निर्माण या बांध का निर्माण नहीं हुआ तो , हम लोगों के समक्ष खाने के लाले पड़ जाएंगे और हम किसान अपने परिवार सहित पलायन के लिए विवश होंगे और जिसका जिम्मेवार प्रशासन पर होगी ।जिसके उपरांत बैठक में ग्रामीणों ने सर्व समिति से निर्णय लेते हुए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपने की बात कही गयी और उक्त ज्ञापन में किसानों ने कहा है

अगर अभिलंब घूघ्घिया नाला में पुलिया निर्माण समय पर हो और अगर समय पर उक्त बांध निर्माण नहीं किया जाता है तो सिंचाई से प्रभावित होने वाले तमाम किसानों को प्रशासन द्वारा उचित मुआवजा देना पड़ेगा अन्यथा हम सब भूख से मर जाएंगे। बैठक में ग्राम प्रधान विजय मुंडा जीवनंदन महतो विनय टोप्पो किशुन उरांव हीरालाल उरांव मोहन मांझी बिरसू उरांव बिरवल महली मंगलेश्वर विमल तेंमबा बलराम उरांव मुनेश्वर महली सहित काफी संख्या में किसान उपस्थित थे।
