गुमला में मादक पदार्थों के दुरुपयोग के विरुद्ध जागरूकता अभियान और योग के प्रचार हेतु प्रभात फेरी

गुमला : गुमला जिला खेल कार्यालय और जिला आयुष कार्यालय के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में मादक पदार्थों के दुरुपयोग के विरुद्ध जागरूकता और योग के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु प्रभात फेरी का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन में सभी आवासीय खेल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के खिलाड़ी, आयुष कार्यालय के कर्मी, योग परिवार के सदस्य और आमजन ने भाग लिया।

प्रभात फेरी का उद्देश्य मादक पदार्थों के दुष्प्रभावों के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाना और योग के महत्व को जन-जन तक पहुंचाना था। इसमें भाग लेने वाले सभी लोगों ने जोर-शोर से नारे लगाए और पोस्टर तथा बैनर के माध्यम से संदेश फैलाया।

यह आयोजन खेलकूद और योग के माध्यम से स्वस्थ और मादक पदार्थों से मुक्त जीवन जीने के संदेश को बढ़ावा देने का एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास था। प्रतिभागियों ने बताया कि ऐसे आयोजनों से न केवल शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य सुधरता है, बल्कि मानसिक स्वास्थ्य भी मजबूत होता है।

इस अवसर पर जिला खेल अधिकारी और आयुष कार्यालय के अधिकारियों ने भी सभा को संबोधित किया और मादक पदार्थों से दूर रहने की अपील की। उन्होंने योग के नियमित अभ्यास की भी सलाह दी, जिससे तनाव कम होता है और जीवन में संतुलन बना रहता है।

प्रभात फेरी में शामिल सभी लोगों ने आयोजन के प्रति उत्साह और समर्थन व्यक्त किया, और भविष्य में भी ऐसे कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने की प्रतिबद्धता दिखाई।
