नीति आयोग अवार्ड मनी/ अनटाइड/ जेआईसीए/एससीए/ एसएसए मद अंतर्गत क्रियान्वित योजनाओं की हुई समीक्षा

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में नीति आयोग अवार्ड मनी/ अनटाइड/ जेआईसीए/एससीए/ एसएसए मद राशि से जिले में किये जा रहे विकास कार्यों की समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने उक्त राशि से किये जा रहे छात्रावास भवन जीर्णोद्धार कार्य, पीसीसी पथ निर्माण, पुलिया निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य केंद्र निर्माण, तालाब एवं जलाशय जीर्णोद्धार, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों निर्माण , विभिन्न सरकारी भवनों के जीर्णोधार, पुस्तकालय निर्माण इत्यादि कार्य की समीक्षा कर निर्माण कार्य को अविलंब पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान उक्त मद से बिजली कनेक्शन संबंधित कार्यों की भी समीक्षा करते हुए लंबित कार्यों को जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने सभी योजनाओं को निर्धारित तिथि के अंतर्गत पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया ताकि बाद में किसी समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े।

उपायुक्त ने नव निर्मित पुस्तकालयों आदि के निर्माण कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की,पंचायत स्तर के पुस्तकालय निर्माण के कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए पूर्ण करने तथा वैसे पुस्तकालय जहां मरम्मती की आवश्यकता है के मरम्मती कार्यों को भी करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि पंचायत स्तरीय नवनिर्मित पुस्तकालय भवन में किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि न हो अन्यथा संबंधित विभाग पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

उपायुक्त ने नव नव निर्मित एवं निर्माणाधीन आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों का भी संबंधित अधिकारी को निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया एवं सभी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की फोटो की मांग की गई। साथ ही आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों एवं पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालयों का भी औचक निरीक्षण करने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारी को निर्देश दिया गया। एसएसए मद से 125 सोलर लिफ्ट इरिगेशन लगाने का कार्य किया गया है। जिसकी स्थलीय निरीक्षण करने की जिम्मेदारी इंजीनियरिंग डिपार्टमेंटस को सौंपी गई है। उपायुक्त ने सभी को अविलंब जांच करते हुए रिपोर्ट देने के निर्देश दिए । उपायुक्त ने पुराने एवं लंबित योजनाएं जिसकी कार्य प्रगति अभी भी 10% या 20% प्रतिशत है वैसे योजनाओं को रद्द करने की बात कही।

बैठक के दौरान नए प्रस्तावों पर भी चर्चा हुई एवं इसके अलावा उपायुक्त द्वारा कई बिंदुओं पर चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त , जिला योजना पदाधिकारी ,संबंधित विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता/ सहायक अभियंता के अलावा अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मियों की उपस्थिति रही।
