गुमला में 92 नव चयनित पारा लीगल वालंटियर्स को मिला 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण

गुमला: झारखंड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (झालसा), रांची के निर्देशानुसार और जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला, ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र के नेतृत्व में 92 पारा लीगल वालंटियर्स (पीएलवी) का चयन किया गया है। ये वालंटियर्स गुमला जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से चुने गए हैं और उन्हें जनहित कार्यों एवं कानूनी सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए प्रशिक्षित किया गया है।

5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम

इन नव चयनित पीएलवीयों के लिए 24 सितंबर से 28 सितंबर 2024 तक सिविल कोर्ट, गुमला में 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। प्रशिक्षार्थियों को दो समूहों में बांटा गया और उन्हें कानून के विशेषज्ञों और अन्य क्षेत्रों के विशेषज्ञों द्वारा प्रशिक्षित किया गया। इस दौरान पीएलवीयों को मंडल कारा, गुमला का भ्रमण भी कराया गया, ताकि उन्हें कारागार व्यवस्था और इसके संचालन के बारे में व्यावहारिक जानकारी मिल सके।

जिला जज का प्रेरणादायक संबोधन

इस अवसर पर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र ने सभी पीएलवीयों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, “अब आप जनता के हित में काम करने के लिए तैयार हैं। आपके कार्य का उद्देश्य कानूनी जानकारी और सहायता को जनता तक पहुंचाना और जनहित में जागरूकता फैलाना होगा। आपको जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के कार्यक्रमों का लाभ अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुंचाना है।”

अवर न्यायाधीश का संदेश

अवर न्यायाधीश सह सचिव, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार, गुमला, राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता ने पीएलवीयों से कहा, “अब आप मन लगाकर काम करें, हम हर कदम पर आपके साथ हैं।” उन्होंने पीएलवीयों को अपने क्षेत्रों में कानूनी सहायता और जागरूकता फैलाने की जिम्मेदारी को गंभीरता से लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य

इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य पारा लीगल वालंटियर्स को कानूनी ज्ञान से सशक्त करना है, ताकि वे अपने क्षेत्रों में जाकर आम जनता को कानूनी मदद और जागरूकता प्रदान कर सकें। अब ये पीएलवी विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं और कानूनी सहायता कार्यक्रमों का लाभ लोगों तक पहुंचाने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।
