रांची : पिछले 4 दिनों से रांची विश्वविद्यालय में कार्यरत अतिथि शिक्षकों का धरना जारी है। पिछले 16 महीनों से शिक्षकों को मानदेय भुगतान नहीं किया गया है. अतिथि शिक्षकों के अध्यक्ष अरविंद प्रसाद ने कहा है कि पूर्ण मानदेय भुगतान होने तक धरना जारी रहेगा। शिक्षकों ने बताया कि रांची विश्वविद्यालय और उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग ने अभी तक संज्ञान नहीं लिया है। आंदोलनकारी शिक्षकों ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के निर्देश पर रांची विश्वविद्यालय में 125 अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति GER बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से विज्ञापनों के माध्यम से की गयी थी। राज्य सरकार के निर्देश के अनुरूप ₹500 प्रति कक्षा और अधिकतम ₹30000 मानदेय के रूप में दिया जाता था। वर्ष 2023 में संकल्प 1040 के अनुरूप अतिथि शिक्षक के रूप में 1500 रुपए प्रति कक्षा और 50000 अधिकतम देने का निर्देश है। इनकी नियुक्ति नीड बेस्ड शिक्षक से पहले हुई है और नीड बेस्ड शिक्षकों को 57700 दिया जा रहा है। वहीं पहले से पहले से नियुक्त अतिथि शिक्षकों को उसी काम के लिए नीड बेस्ट शिक्षकों से भी कम 50000 अधिकतम देने का निर्णय लिया गया है, जबकि कार्य प्रणाली समान है.
धरना पर बैठे हैं ये शिक्षक
वर्तमान में ये शिक्षक रांची मारवाड़ी कॉलेज, मांडर महाविद्यालय मांडर, पीके कॉलेज बुंडू, गुमला कॉलेज गुमला, सिमडेगा कॉलेज सिमडेगा, बीएस कॉलेज लोहरदगा, डोरंडा कॉलेज डोरंडा, रांची महिला महाविद्यालय, एसएस मेमोरियल महाविद्यालय, जैन कॉलेज, राम लखन सिंह यादव कॉलेज, स्नातकोत्तर विभाग तथा चार मॉडल कॉलेज का संचालन इन्हीं अतिथि शिक्षकों के द्वारा किया जा रहा है। धरना में डॉ जिज्ञासा ओझा, सूरज विश्वकर्मा, अरविंद प्रसाद, दीपशिखा,फरहत परवीन, विकास कुमार, रंजीत कुमार, आलोक कुमार, डॉक्टर सतीश तिर्की, डॉ हैदर अली, डॉ अभिषेक आर्यन, डॉ विद्याधर महतो, डॉ शिव कुमार, अर्चना शेफाली, आसिफ अली सहित 60 से अधिक अतिथि शिक्षक धरने पर बैठे हैं।
