गुमला: गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय परिसर में दिनांक 28 सितंबर 2024 को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें कुल 26,388 मामलों का त्वरित निपटारा किया गया। इस आयोजन में 17 करोड़ 23 लाख 26 हज़ार 523 रुपये का राजस्व संग्रहित किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम नालसा और झालसा के निर्देशानुसार और प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार, गुमला, श्री ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र के मार्गदर्शन में हुआ।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ और न्यायिक अधिकारियों की भागीदारी
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र, कुटुंब न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश ओमप्रकाश, एडीजे चतुर्थ संजय भाटिया, बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अघन उरांव, कंज्यूमर कोर्ट के अध्यक्ष ओपी पांडे, और स्थायी लोक अदालत के अध्यक्ष डीके पाठक ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया।
12 बेंचों का गठन और मामलों का त्वरित निपटारा
मामलों के निपटारे के लिए 12 बेंचों का गठन किया गया था, जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से वन विभाग और एक्साइज से जुड़े मामलों के साथ-साथ मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना, भूमि एवं राजस्व से संबंधित विवाद, चेक बाउंस, घरेलू हिंसा, मेट्रोमोनियल मामले, लैंड एक्विजिशन, लेबर डिस्प्यूट, इलेक्ट्रिसिटी और क्रिमिनल कंपाउंडेबल मामलों को प्राथमिकता दी गई। प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ने लोक अदालत के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए इसे त्वरित और किफायती न्याय का सबसे उपयुक्त मंच बताया, जहां विवाद दोनों पक्षों की सहमति से सुलझाए जाते हैं।
कुटुंब न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश का वक्तव्य
कुटुंब न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि लोक अदालत के माध्यम से आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों को त्वरित और सुलभ न्याय मिलता है। यहां दोनों पक्षों की जीत होती है, और यह न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के समय और पैसे की बचत करता है।
चिह्नित लाभुकों को परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण
इस मौके पर कई लाभुकों को परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण भी किया गया। मोहम्मद इम्तियाज को 31,46,486 रुपये का चेक, किशोर साहू को 11,67,240 रुपये का चेक, अजय उरांव को 2,50,000 रुपये का चेक, तथा सुनीता देवी और प्रियंका कुमारी को भी चेक प्रदान किए गए।
कुल मामलों का निपटारा और राजस्व संग्रहण
राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में कुल 26,388 मामलों का निपटारा किया गया, जिसमें 2,078 पेंडिंग और 24,310 प्रीलिटिगेशन मामले शामिल थे। इस प्रक्रिया में 17,23,26,523 रुपये का राजस्व संग्रहित किया गया।
कार्यक्रम में महत्वपूर्ण उपस्थिति
कार्यक्रम का संचालन अवर न्यायाधीश सह सचिव, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार, श्री राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता द्वारा किया गया। कार्यक्रम में कुटुंब न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश ओमप्रकाश, कंज्यूमर कोर्ट के अध्यक्ष ओपी पांडे, स्थायी लोक अदालत के अध्यक्ष डीके पाठक, एडीजे चतुर्थ संजय भाटिया, सीजीएम मनोज कुमार, एसीजेएम पार्थ सारथी घोष, और अन्य न्यायिक अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। इसके अलावा, बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अघन उरांव, लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसिल के प्रमुख डीके ओहदार, और विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
इस राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का उद्देश्य लोगों को त्वरित, सुलभ और किफायती न्याय प्रदान करना था, जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों से जुड़े कई पेंडिंग और प्रीलिटिगेशन मामलों का निपटारा सफलतापूर्वक किया गया।
