गुमला जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक में उपायुक्त ने विकास योजनाओं की पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता पर दिया जोर

गुमला: शनिवार को गुमला समाहरणालय के सभागार में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, एसडीओ सदर, एसडीओ बसिया, अपर समाहर्ता, डीआरडीए निदेशक समेत सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी और विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

योजनाओं की प्रगति पर समीक्षा और निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने क्रमवार तरीके से सभी विभागों के योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की और दिए गए लक्ष्यों के अनुसार उपलब्धियों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने जोर देते हुए कहा कि सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं का लाभ सभी योग्य लाभुकों तक ससमय पहुंचना चाहिए। साथ ही, उपायुक्त ने विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय और सहभागिता के महत्व पर चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि योजनाओं को सफल बनाने के लिए सभी विभागों को आपसी सहयोग से कार्य करना होगा।

नव निर्मित समाहरणालय भवन में स्थानांतरण की घोषणा

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने बताया कि समाहरणालय भवन का स्थानांतरण एक सप्ताह के भीतर चांडाली में बने नए समाहरणालय भवन में किया जाएगा। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को अपने कार्यालयों का स्थानांतरण समय पर पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने के कार्य में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया, विशेष रूप से पीवीटीजी (अत्यंत पिछड़ी जनजाति) परिवारों के लिए। उन्होंने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को पीवीटीजी ग्रामों का दौरा कर नागरिकों को योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अलावा, सभी नागरिकों के सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच और ब्लड बैंक की स्थिति सुधारने हेतु भी निर्देश दिए गए।

गर्भवती महिलाओं की देखभाल और संस्थागत प्रसव पर जोर

उपायुक्त ने ANC चेकअप और इंस्टीट्यूशनल डिलीवरी को शत प्रतिशत सुनिश्चित करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन क्षेत्रों में संस्थागत प्रसव नहीं हो पा रहा है, वहां समस्याओं का समाधान करने के लिए योजना तैयार की जाए। साथ ही, मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना से अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों को आच्छादित करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा

उपायुक्त ने मातृ वंदना योजना और सावित्री बाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना के तहत छात्राओं को लाभान्वित करने हेतु शिक्षा विभाग को निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में शौचालय, पानी और बिजली की सुविधाएं शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराने पर जोर दिया और निर्माणाधीन आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की स्थिति की समीक्षा की।

सभी विभागों से योजनाओं को धरातल पर उतारने की अपील

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ आंकड़ों में नहीं बल्कि धरातल पर दिखाई देना चाहिए। उपायुक्त ने यह सुनिश्चित करने का आह्वान किया कि कोई भी योग्य लाभुक सरकार की योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे।

जल जीवन मिशन और अन्य योजनाओं की समीक्षा

बैठक में जल जीवन मिशन की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई और पेयजल और स्वच्छता विभाग को प्राथमिकता से कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को अपने क्षेत्रों में पुल-पुलिया के निरीक्षण और मरम्मत की आवश्यकता होने पर तुरंत प्रस्ताव भेजने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, मनरेगा, कृषि, पंचायती राज सहित 16 विभागों की योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई। सभी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर उपायुक्त ने विभागीय अधिकारियों से कार्यों में तेजी लाने की अपील की।
