• घी – 2 टेबलस्पून
• चीनी – ½ कप
• इलायची पाउडर – ½ टीस्पून
• काजू-बादाम – 2 टेबलस्पून

विधि:

1. फूलों को पानी में धोकर सुखाएं और हल्के घी में भूनें।
2. दूध डालें और धीमी आंच पर पकाएं।
3. जब मिश्रण गाढ़ा हो जाए, तब चीनी और इलायची डालें।
4. मेवे मिलाकर गरमागरम परोसें।

2. महुआ की बर्फी

सामग्री:

• पीसे हुए सूखे फूल – 1 कप
• खोया – 1 कप
• चीनी – ½ कप
• घी – 2 टेबलस्पून
• इलायची – ¼ टीस्पून

विधि:

1. घी में फूलों को भूनें।
2. खोया और चीनी डालकर मिश्रण को गाढ़ा करें।
3. एक थाली में फैला दें और ठंडा होने पर काट लें।

3. महुआ की पूरी

सामग्री:

• फूलों का पेस्ट – ½ कप
• गेहूं का आटा – 2 कप
• गुड़ – ½ कप
• घी – 1 टेबलस्पून
• तलने के लिए तेल

विधि:

1. फूल, गुड़ और घी मिलाकर आटा गूंथ लें।
2. छोटी लोई बनाएं और बेलें।
3. गरम तेल में सुनहरा तलें।

4. महुआ के लड्डू

सामग्री:

• फूल का चूर्ण – 1 कप
• गुड़ – ½ कप
• घी – 2 टेबलस्पून
• सूखे मेवे – 1 टेबलस्पून

विधि:

1. घी में चूर्ण को भूनें।
2. गुड़ मिलाकर पकाएं।
3. ठंडा होने पर हाथ से लड्डू बना लें।

5. महुआ की खीर

सामग्री:

• सूखे फूल – ½ कप
• दूध – 1 लीटर
• चीनी – ½ कप
• मेवे – 2 टेबलस्पून
• इलायची पाउडर – ½ टीस्पून

विधि:

1. दूध को उबालें और फूल डालें।
2. धीमी आंच पर गाढ़ा करें।
3. चीनी, इलायची और मेवे डालकर परोसें।

6. महुआ की चटनी

सामग्री:

• भुने हुए फूल – ½ कप
• हरी मिर्च – 2
• धनिया – ½ कप
• नींबू – 1
• नमक – स्वादानुसार

विधि:

1. सभी सामग्री को पीसकर गाढ़ी चटनी बना लें।
2. इसे रोटी या चावल के साथ परोसें।

7. महुआ पकोड़ी

सामग्री:

• सूखे फूल – ½ कप
• बेसन – 1 कप
• प्याज – 1 बारीक कटा
• हरी मिर्च – 2
• नमक, मसाले – स्वादानुसार
• तेल – तलने के लिए

विधि:

1. फूलों को काट लें और बाकी सामग्री मिलाकर गाढ़ा घोल तैयार करें।
2. तेल गरम करके पकोड़ी बनाएं।

8. महुआ केक

सामग्री:

• सूखे फूल का पाउडर – 1 कप
• मैदा – 1 कप
• बेकिंग पाउडर – 1 टीस्पून
• दूध – 1 कप
• चीनी – ½ कप
• घी – ½ कप

विधि:

1. सभी सामग्री मिलाकर घोल बनाएं।
2. केक टिन में डालकर ओवन में 180°C पर 30 मिनट बेक करें।

9. महुआ का अचार

सामग्री:

• सूखे फूल – 1 कप
• सरसों का तेल – 1 कप
• अचार मसाला – 2 टेबलस्पून
• नमक – स्वादानुसार

विधि:

1. फूलों को सुखा लें।

10. महुआ दलिया

• दलिया – 1 कप
• दूध – 2 कप
• गुड़ – ¼ कप

2. दूध और गुड़ डालकर पकाएं।
