नियोजन की मांग को लेकर अवॉर्डी मजदूर बेरमो एसडीओ कार्यालय पहुंचे, सीसीएल अधिकारियों की अनुपस्थिति से त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता टली

गोमिया__’सीसीएल स्वांग के अवॉर्डी मजदूर एक बार फिर अपनी नौकरी की मांग को लेकर शुक्रवार को बेरमो एसडीओ कार्यालय पहुंचे। मजदूर नेता मुमताज आलम के नेतृत्व में पहुंचे मजदूरों ने सीसीएल प्रबंधन से जल्द नियोजन की मांग की। हालांकि इस मामले को लेकर निर्धारित त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता सीसीएल के वरीय अधिकारियों के अनुपस्थित रहने के कारण नहीं हो सकी। अब इस मुद्दे पर वार्ता के लिए अगले मंगलवार की तिथि तय की गई है।
इस संबंध में बेरमो एसडीओ मुकेश मछुआ ने बताया कि अवॉर्डी मजदूरों के नियोजन का मामला काफी समय से लंबित है। शुक्रवार को मजदूरों और सीसीएल प्रबंधन के साथ त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता निर्धारित थी, लेकिन बैठक में केवल एक-दो अधिकारी ही पहुंचे, जो किसी प्रकार का निर्णय लेने में सक्षम नहीं थे। वरीय अधिकारियों की अनुपस्थिति के कारण वार्ता को स्थगित करते हुए अगले मंगलवार को फिर से बैठक बुलाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सीसीएल प्रबंधन को जल्द ही वास्तविक मजदूरों की पहचान कर नियोजन की प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी चाहिए।
वहीं मजदूर नेता मुमताज आलम ने बताया कि सीसीएल प्रबंधन ने पूर्व में आश्वासन दिया था कि मजदूरों की पहचान को लेकर पैनल अधिवक्ता से विधिक सलाह ली जाएगी और उसके बाद समाधान के अनुरूप नियोजन की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। प्रबंधन के निर्देशानुसार कई मजदूर अपने पहचान से संबंधित कागजात भी सीसीएल कथारा क्षेत्र के महाप्रबंधक कार्यालय में जमा कर चुके हैं।
उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि इस बार भी अवॉर्डी मजदूरों को नियोजन देने में टालमटोल किया गया तो आंदोलन और भी उग्र किया जाएगा, जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी सीसीएल प्रबंधन की होगी। मजदूरों ने कहा कि अगर जल्द नियोजन नहीं मिला तो वे सीसीएल कथारा कार्यालय के समक्ष आत्मदाह करने को विवश होंगे।
