गुमला में एक दिवसीय रोजगार मेले का सफल आयोजन

गुमला, 28 सितंबर 2024: आज जिला नियोजनालय-सह-मॉडल कैरियर सेंटर, गुमला के तत्वावधान में नगर भवन कार्यालय परिसर में एक दिवसीय रोजगार मेले का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस मेले का उद्घाटन गुमला जिला उपायुक्त श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी और जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी श्री राम बारी ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। कार्यक्रम सुबह 10:30 बजे शुरू होकर शाम 4:00 बजे तक चला।

14 कंपनियों और 7 सरकारी विभागों ने लिया हिस्सा

इस रोजगार मेले में गुमला सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों से 14 प्रतिष्ठित निजी कंपनियों और 7 सरकारी विभागों ने भाग लिया। मेले में कुल 1253 अभ्यर्थियों ने पंजीकरण कराया, जिनमें से प्रारंभिक चरण में 587 अभ्यर्थियों का चयन हुआ। इनमें से 83 युवक-युवतियों का अंतिम रूप से चयन किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित किए

गुमला जिला उपायुक्त श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से 8 चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र (ऑफर लेटर) वितरित किए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने अभ्यर्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, “वर्तमान समय में निजी क्षेत्र में असीमित संभावनाएं हैं। जिन लोगों ने निजी क्षेत्र में कदम रखा है, उन्हें उनकी कार्यशैली और कौशल के अनुसार बेहतर वेतन और करियर ग्रोथ मिलती है।” उन्होंने युवाओं को विभिन्न कौशल सीखने की ओर प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि भविष्य में कौशल का अत्यधिक महत्व होगा। जितना अधिक कौशल विकसित करेंगे, आपका भविष्य उतना ही उज्ज्वल होगा।

युवाओं को कौशल विकास पर जोर

उपायुक्त ने यह भी कहा कि जिला नियोजनालय-सह-मॉडल कैरियर सेंटर द्वारा आयोजित रोजगार मेलों का लाभ उठाते हुए युवा खुद को बेहतर अवसरों के लिए तैयार करें। उन्होंने अभ्यर्थियों से अपील की कि वे इन अवसरों का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं और अपने कौशल में निरंतर सुधार करें।

कार्यक्रम की सफलता में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान

कार्यक्रम की सफलता में यंग प्रोफेशनल रवि कुमार गहलोत, प्रवीण सुरीन, डोमन साहू (जिला कौशल समन्वयक), प्रवीण तिर्की, विजय लकड़ा, संदीप राम, कृष्णा राम, मंजूला लकड़ा, सीता कुमारी और शैलेन्द्र साहू ने महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया।

यह रोजगार मेला गुमला के युवाओं के लिए एक सुनहरा अवसर साबित हुआ, जहाँ उन्हें निजी और सरकारी क्षेत्रों में रोजगार के अवसर मिले और उन्होंने अपने करियर को नई दिशा दी।
