2017 से चल रही आउटसोर्स व्यवस्था को खत्म कराने की मांग को लेकर मंत्री ने सीएम से अजय राय की वार्ता करायी, ज्ञापन भी सौंपा

अजय राय ने कहा-मांगों पर लिखित समझौता नहीं हुआ तो, ऊर्जा निगम के हजारों कर्मी 03 अक्टूबर से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर चले जाएंगे

रांची : राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन आउटसोर्स व्यवस्था से काफी दुखी हैं और वह मानते हैं कि इस व्यवस्था को खत्म किया जाना चाहिए। ये बात अपने आवास पर प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री इरफान अंसारी ने शनिवार को कही। श्री अंसारी झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के अध्यक्ष अजय राय के साथ एक संयुक्त प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित किया. इरफान अंसारी ने बताया कि कल मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के साथ झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के अध्यक्ष अजय राय की वार्ता कराई थी. इस दौरान अजय राय ने मुख्यमंत्री को लिखित ज्ञापन संघ की ओर से सौंपा और उनसे अपनी छह सूत्री मांगों पर कार्रवाई की मांग की।

‘विद्युतकर्मियों की हालत पर सीएम को गंभीर होना चाहिए’ 

अजय राय ने  मुख्यमंत्री का ध्यान झारखंड ऊर्जा निगम की ओर आकृष्ट कराते हुए कहा कि निगम के अंदर विगत 2017 से आउटसोर्स व्यवस्था लागू है, जिसके कारण इसमें काम करनेवाले विद्युतकर्मियों की हालत बदतर हो गई है और इस पर लगाम लगाया जाना राज्य सरकार का दायित्व बनता है। इधर, अजय राय ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में घोषणा की कि 3 अक्टूबर तक मांगें नहीं माने जाने के बाद झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के हजारों सदस्य अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर चले जाएंगे, हम इसकी तैयारी में भी लगे हुए हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि अभी तक की वार्ता सकारात्मक रही है, मगर हमारी मांगों पर जब तक लिखित आदेश पारित नहीं हो जाता, तब तक हमारा आंदोलन जारी रहेगा. इस अवसर पर संघ के अमित कुमार शुक्ला, सुरेंद्र सिंह, मुकेश साहू, अनिकेत सिंह, मधुकर शुक्ला सहित काफी संख्या में विद्युतकर्मी मौजूद थे।
