गिरिडीह में डीआईजी के समक्ष 10 लाख के इनामी नक्सली रामदयाल उर्फ बच्चन दा ने किया आत्मसमर्पण, कई थानों में 50 से अधिक केस हैं दर्ज

गिरिडीह : झारखंड सरकार की मुख्यधारा से भटके आत्मसमर्पण व पुनर्वास नीति, नई दिशा नई पहल के तहत भाकपा माओवादी के हार्डकोर कुख्यात दस लाख के इनामी नक्सली भाकपा माओवादी संगठन के जोनल कमिटी के 70 वर्षीय सदस्य राम दयाल महतो उर्फ बच्चन दा उर्फ नीलेश दा उर्फ अमर दा ने गिरिडीह में डीआईजी सुनील भास्कर और एसपी डॉक्टर विमल कुमार के समक्ष आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया। शनिवार को न्यू पुलिस लाइन के मीटिंग हाल में एक बड़े कार्यक्रम में पीरटांड़ थाना इलाके के पिपराडीह गांव के इस इनामी नक्सली रामदयाल महतो ने सरेण्डर किया। इस दौरान डीआईजी और एसपी के साथ सीआरपीएफ कमांडेंट डीएस भाटी और एसएसबी कमांडेंट संजीव कुमार, एसडीपीओ सुमित प्रसाद, डीएसपी कौसर अली ने आत्मसमर्पण करनेवाले रामदयाल को माला पहना कर और दस लाख का चेक देकर मुख्यधारा से जुड़ने पर स्वागत किया। नई दिशा नई पहल आत्मसमर्पण नीति के तहत गिरिडीह पुलिस ने रामदयाल महतो को घर बनाने के लिए चार डिसमिल जमीन के साथ 50 हजार की नगद राशि भी दी। वहीं इनाम की राशि भी रामदयाल महतो को दी गयी।

आत्मसमर्पण के लिए बेटे ने किया नक्सली पिता को प्रेरित

इधर, डीआईजी सुनील भास्कर और एसपी ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान बताया कि जोनल कमिटी का सदस्य रामदयाल महतो के खिलाफ धनबाद के तोपचांची, बरवाअड्डा के साथ गिरिडीह के पीरटांड़, डुमरी और मधुबन थाने में 50 से अधिक नक्सली घटनाओं में केस दर्ज हैं। इस इनामी नक्सली के आत्मसमर्पण के बाद पीरटांड़ और गिरिडीह के सीमावर्ती इलाकों में नक्सली संगठन को बड़ा झटका लगा है। बताते चलें कि रामदयाल महतो के आत्मसमर्पण में इसके बेटे ने बड़ी भूमिका निभायी है। इसके बेटे ने ही पिता रामदयाल महतो को पुलिस के सामने आत्मसमर्पण करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। डीआईजी और एसपी ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा कि नक्सली अब बंदूक उठाकर थक चुके हैं। नक्सली अब मुख्यधारा से जुड़ रहे हैं। नक्सली रामदयाल महतो ने स्वीकारा कि अब नक्सली संगठन का विचार बदल चुका है। वो पहले ही आत्मसमर्पण करने वाले थे, लेकिन उस वक्त तक इलाके में नक्सलियों का खौफ और भय था। रामदयाल महतो के खिलाफ  50 नक्सली केस में 2022 में डुमरी थाना तालियाबहार में उप मुखिया असलम अंसारी को पुलिस मुखबिर बताकर हत्या करना के साथ कई बड़े नक्सली विस्फोट कर सरकारी भवनों को उड़ाना शामिल हैं।

डीआईजी ने कहा- कई और नक्सली भी करेंगे सरेंडर

डीआईजी सुनील भास्कर ने कहा कि नक्सली रामदयाल महतो के आत्मसमर्पण किये जाने से अन्य उग्रवादियों को भी आत्मसमर्पण करने की प्रेरणा मिलेगी तथा वे लोग भी सरेंडर करने के बारे में गंभीरता से सोचेंगे। चूंकि ये नक्सली संगठन के जोनल कमिटी मेंबर रहे हैं, इनके आत्मसमर्पण से नक्सली घटनाओं में काफी कमी भी आएगी. इसके अलावा गिरिडीह, बोकारो और धनबाद जैसे क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ पूरे झारखंड में नक्सलियों के मनोबल में गिरावट आएगी.
