गुमला: गुमला जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार और कुटुंब न्यायालय के अथक प्रयासों के फलस्वरूप एक दंपति के बीच लंबे समय से चल रहे विवाद का सफलतापूर्वक समाधान किया गया। जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला, ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र, कुटुंब न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश ओम प्रकाश, और डालसा के सचिव राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता के समक्ष इस दंपति ने आपसी सहमति से एक-दूसरे को माला पहनाकर फिर से साथ रहने का संकल्प लिया।
परिवार में शांति और स्थिरता की वापसी
यह दंपति, जिनका एक 2 वर्षीय बेटा भी है, ने परिवारिक विवाद के चलते अलगाव का सामना किया था। अब, माता-पिता के बीच सुलह होने से न केवल उन्हें एक साथ रहने का अवसर मिलेगा, बल्कि उनके मासूम बेटे को भी दोनों का सानिध्य प्राप्त होगा। इस निर्णय से बच्चे का भविष्य भी उज्जवल होगा और उसे माता-पिता का प्यार और देखभाल मिलेगी।

जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र ने कहा कि यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि पति-पत्नी अपने बच्चों के साथ शांतिपूर्ण जीवन बिताएं। उन्होंने दंपति से आग्रह किया कि वे अपने बेटे को पढ़ा-लिखाकर उसका उज्ज्वल भविष्य सुनिश्चित करें।
इस घटना से न केवल इस दंपति का जीवन सामान्य होगा, बल्कि उनके बच्चे को भी एक स्थिर और सुरक्षित पारिवारिक वातावरण प्राप्त होगा, जो उसकी भावी उन्नति के लिए आवश्यक है।
