गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जिले के शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा। उपायुक्त ने क्रमवार तरीके से सभी की शिकायतों को सुना एवं अश्वासन दिया कि उनके सभी शिकायतों की जल्द से जल्द जाँच कराते हुए शिकायतों का समाधान किया जाएगा। कई आवेदनों का ऑन द स्पॉट भी समाधान किया गया।

इस दौरान रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत ऊपरखटंगा पंचायत में स्थित लुरुकीणा गांव के ग्रामीणों ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित किया एवं उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत, सड़क निर्माण, पुल पुलिया निर्माण एवं विद्यालय निर्माण हेतु उपायुक्त से आग्रह किया। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत यदि आवश्यक सुविधाएं नहीं होंगी तो वे वोट बहिष्कार कर सकते हैं। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने स्पेशल डिवीजन को जांच उरांत डीपीआर तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया ।

नागफेनी स्थित लावगायी पो. के निवासियों ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए बताया कि उक्त क्षेत्र अंतर्गत टोल प्लाजा लगवाने के कारण वहां के स्थानीय रैयतियों के रोजगार में बाधा उत्पन्न हुई है, जिसके तहत स्थानीय नागरिकों ने टोल प्लाजा में नौकरी देने की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने इस पर पीडी एनएचएआई को पत्र अग्रसारित किया, एवं यदि नियम में यह संभव हो तो ग्रामीणों को इसमें सहयोग करने की बात कही।

सीलम पंचायत स्थित गोजरा कोना पोस्ट के रहने वाले स्थानीय निवासियों ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित किया एवं उन्होंने उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत पुलिया निर्माण करने हेतु उपायुक्त से आग्रह किया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पुलिया के नहीं होने के कारण स्थानीय नागरिकों को आवागमन हेतु अत्यंत कठिनाई हो रही हैं जिसपर उपायुक्त ने REO विभाग को पत्र अग्रसारित किया एवं डीपीआर तैयार करने की बात कही।
इस दौरान रायडीह प्रखंड के रैसाटोली के ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत चार किलो मीटर के पथ निर्माण की आवश्यकता है।जिसपर उपायुक्त ही उप विकास आयुक्त को पत्र अग्रसारित किया एवं नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने हेतु निर्देश दिए।

आज साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में दूर दराज से आए ग्रामीणों के दौरान मुख्य रूप से सड़क निर्माण के लिए आवेदन समर्पित किए गए। इसके अलावा अन्य आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। मुख्य रूप से भूमि विवाद संबंधित, मुआवजा भुगतान, नियोजन, आवास योजना, राशन पेंशन, आदि से संबंधित आवेदन आये। जिसे उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारियों को अग्रसारित कर जल्द से जल्द निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया।
