गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा प्रखंड के गम्हरिया में जायसवाल इंटरप्राइजेज नामक बालू डंपिंग यार्ड में पास में अवस्थित कोयल नदी से बालू चोरी कर डंपिंग यार्ड में जमा करने की ग्रामीणों के शिकायत के बाद अंचलाधिकारी आशीष कुमार मंडल ने जायसवाल इंटरप्राइजेज के मालिक अनिल जायसवाल को नोटिस जारी करते हुए अंचल कार्यालय में उपस्थित होकर बालू भंडारण कहां से लाकर और कब-कब लाया गया इससे संबंधित दस्तावेज जमा करने के लिए कहा है। इस संबंध में अंचलाधिकारी आशीष कुमार मंडल ने बताया कि लगातार ग्रामीणों से शिकायत मिल रही थी कि अनिल जायसवाल के द्वारा आस पास के नदियों से बालू की चोरी कर डंपिंग यार्ड में जमा किया जाता है और अवैध तरीके से बेचने का काम किया जाता है। इससे सरकार को मिलने वाली राजस्व का भी चपत लग रहा है। इसी के बावत अनिल जायसवाल से बालू भंडारण से संबंधित दस्तावेज की मांग की गई है। संतोषजनक जवाब न मिलने पर या उपस्थित न होने पर बालू को जप्त करने एवं प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई किये जाने की बात अंचलाधिकारी ने कही है।
