गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा प्रखंड क्षेत्र के कसपोडेया के ग्रामीणों ने बैठक कर आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में वोट बहिष्कार का निर्णय लिया है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि ग्राम कसपोडेया से घाघरा गुमला मुख्य पथ तक तीन किलोमीटर सड़क काफी खराब हो चुका है । जो राहगीरों के लिए परेशानी का सबब बनकर रह गयी है। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि घोड़ाटाँगर से हालमाटी होते हुवे कास्पोडिया तज साढ़े आठ किलोमीटर कालीकरण सड़क का निर्माण हो रहा है और महज तीन किलोमीटर सड़क जुड़ जाने से उक्त सड़क एनएच 143 ए तक पहुँच जाएगी। इसी तीन किलोमीटर सड़क निर्माण की मांग को लेकर कस्पोडिया के सैकड़ो ग्रामीण वोट बहिष्कार का निर्णय लिया है।
उच्च शिक्षा को लेकर बच्चे अपने जान जोखिम में डालकर इस रास्ते से स्कूल जाने के लिए मजबूर हैं
सड़क पर गड्ढो के साथ साथ मैटल बिखरे पड़े है जिससे अक्सर दुर्घटना होती रहती है। उबड़ खाबड़ रास्ते से गर्भवती महिलाओं को अस्पताल ले जाना जोखिम भरा होता है। जिससे जान जाने की खतरा से इनकार न किये जाने की बात ग्रामीणों ने कही। कई बार तो सड़क खराब होने के कारण समय से अस्पताल न पहुचने से गर्भवती महिलाओं का रास्ते में ही प्रशव भी हो चुका है। सड़क की इस समस्या से अगर उन्हें निजात नही मिलता है तो मजबूरन ग्रामीणों ने वोट का बहिष्कार किये जाने की बात कही।
