गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में पालकोट और कामडारा प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को बताया।
कार्यक्रम में पालकोट और कामडारा प्रखंड से लगभग 20 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में पेंशन, राशन, जॉब कार्ड, और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। उपायुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से मईया सम्मान योजना के लाभ दिलाने के सम्बन्ध में उपायुक्त से आग्रह किया। इस दौरान कई समस्याओं जा समाधान प्रखंड स्तरों पर संबंधित BDO के माध्यम से ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया ।
नागरिकों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों में पेंशन योजना, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मती, विद्यालय मरम्मती, शौचालय निर्माण, आवास योजना, आपसी समस्या, जमीन विवाद , नाली निर्माण, सोक पीट निर्माण, सहित अन्य समस्याएं थी।।
शउपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्थानीय रूप से जिन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सकता है उसका त्वरित निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया, इसके साथ ही पंचायत एवं ग्राम स्तरों की समस्याओं के निष्पादन हेतु ग्राम सभा करते हुए उक्त समस्याओं के निवारण करने के निर्देश दिये।
