उपायुक्त औरपाठ में लगे शिविर का किया निरीक्षण, ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात कर सुनी उनकी समस्या
गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित आज शुक्रवार को आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के उदनी पंचायत स्थित औरापाठ ग्राम अंतर्गत PM JANMAN योजना के तहत विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में दर्जनों विभागों द्वारा अपने अपने योजनाओं के सम्बन्ध के स्टॉल्स लगाते हुए ग्रामीणों को योजनाओं का लाभ दिया गया। 30 परिवारों वाले औरापाठ ग्राम में PVTG समुदाय के नागरिक रहते हैं ,अत्यंत सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र में में होने के कारण ग्रामीणों का जीवन कृषि पर आश्रित है। आज जिले के विभिन विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए शिविर के माध्यम से छुटे हुए ग्रामीणों को सरकार के सभी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने का प्रयास किया गया। हालांकि पिछले वर्ष भी उक्त ग्राम अंतर्गत विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया गया था जिसमें सैकड़ों की संख्या में नागरिकों को योजनाओं से आच्छादित किया गया था।इस वर्ष के शिविर में केवल कुछ ही नागरिकों को शिविर में आने की आवश्यकता पड़ी, जो किसी योजना से छूट गए थे या पलायन कर गए थे ।
उपायुक्त ने किया शिविर का निरीक्षण
आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के औरापाठ में लगाए गए शिविर का निरीक्षण करने उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी पहुंचे। इस दौरान उपायुक्त सहित जिला स्तरीय एवं विभागीय सभी वरीय अधिकारी भी वहां उपस्थित रहें। उपायुक्त ने लगभग 3 घंटे का समय कैंप में बिताया । इस दौरान उन्होंने कैंप में आए सभी नागरिकों से भी मुलाकात की एवं उनके सभी समस्याओं को भी सुना। उपायुक्त ने कैंप में आए नागरिकों को विभिन्न योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूक किया, जो किसी एक योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए कैंप पहुंचे थे उन्हें अन्य योजनाओं की भी जानकारी दी गई एवं उन्हें योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किया गया। उपायुक्त ने मुख्यतः आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण एवं वितरण पर जोर दिया उन्होंने शत प्रतिशत PVTG नागरिकों का आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने का निर्देश दिया। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने SHG की महिलाओं को भी स्वरोजगार के लिए प्रेरित किया एवं SHG समुदाय को उनके स्वरोजगार हेतु आवश्यकता अनुसार प्राथमिकता के आधार पर ऋण उपलब्ध कराने की भी बात कही।
शिविर में दर्जनों योजनाओं के लगाए गए स्टॉल
उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर औरापाठ के सभी नागरिकों को शत प्रतिशत योजनाओं से आच्छादित करने के उद्देश्य से आज जिले के सभी कल्याणकारी विभागों द्वारा स्टॉल्स लगाए गए। इस दौरान सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग अंतर्गत विभिन्न पेंशन योजना से छुटे हुए नागरिकों को योजनाओं का लाभ दिया गया। वहीं समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा लगाए स्टॉल में महिलाओं एवं बच्चों के विकास सम्बंधित योजनाओं का लाभ छुटे हुए नागरिकों को दिया गया। मौके पर कृषि विभाग, उद्यान विभाग, पशुपालन विभाग,कल्याण विभाग,UDID ,JSLPS, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, आपूर्ति विभाग, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, उज्ज्वला योजना, जॉब कार्ड, MNREGA सहित कई दर्जनों स्टॉल्स लगाए गए एवं शिविर में आए नागरिकों को ऑन द स्पॉट योजनाओं का लाभ मिला।
PVTG हेल्पलाइन में आने वाले शिकायतों का हो रहा है निष्पादन
गुमला जिले के विशेष रूप से संवेदनशील समूहों ( PVTG) समुदाय के समस्याओं के त्वरित निष्पादन हेतु उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल से PVTG हेल्पलाइन नंबर (9431319825) जारी किया गया था , उक्त हेल्पलाइन नंबर से प्राप्त शिकायतों का लगातार प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित निष्पादन करने का कार्य किया जा रहा । इसी क्रम में आज बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के सेरका पंचायत स्थित जालिम ग्राम एवं घाघरा प्रखंड के चपका अंडराडीह ग्राम अंतर्गत पेय जल की समस्या का निवारण त्वरित रूप से किया गया। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि उन्होंने PVTG हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर शिकायत किया था एवं बहुत ही जल्दी शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया गया है। ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
