उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में गुमला शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न

गुमला: जिला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग की एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें शिक्षा क्षेत्र की प्रगति और लंबित कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (DEO), जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक (DSE), झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना के अधिकारी, प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (BEO) और अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी शामिल हुए।

10 मार्च तक वित्तीय व्यय का निर्देश

आगामी वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति को ध्यान में रखते हुए, उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि 10 मार्च तक सभी स्तरों पर नियमानुसार राशि व्यय कर PFMS पोर्टल पर अपडेट किया जाए। DEO और DSE को निर्देशित किया गया कि वे इस प्रक्रिया की दैनिक समीक्षा करें और अनुपालन न करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई प्रस्तावित करें।

विद्यालयों की बुनियादी सुविधाओं पर विशेष ध्यान

बैठक में स्कूलों की आधारभूत संरचना जैसे शौचालय, बाउंड्री वॉल, स्मार्ट क्लास, आईसीटी लैब, साइंस लैब और व्यावसायिक शिक्षा की स्थिति पर चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि विद्यालयों में ICT और व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षकों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए और यदि कोई तकनीकी समस्या है तो उसे 15 दिनों के भीतर हल किया जाए।

बोर्ड परीक्षा और छात्र सुविधाओं की समीक्षा

कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को पारदर्शी तरीके से आयोजित करने पर बल दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी परीक्षार्थियों को उनकी योग्यतानुसार आंतरिक अंक प्रदान किए जाएं। इसके अलावा, कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय और झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों में छात्राओं को दी जाने वाली सभी सुविधाओं की होली से पहले समीक्षा कर लंबित भुगतान पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

नए सत्र से नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय का संचालन नए भवन में

बैठक में नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय, सिसई के नए सत्र को नए भवन में संचालित करने का निर्णय लिया गया। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि विद्यालय की शिफ्टिंग प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूरी की जाए और शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को तेज किया जाए।

असैनिक निर्माण कार्यों में लापरवाही पर कड़ी कार्रवाई

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने पाया कि कई असैनिक निर्माण कार्य जैसे शौचालय और बाउंड्री वॉल अधूरे पड़े हैं। इस पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए उन्होंने असैनिक निर्माण प्रभाग के सहायक अभियंताओं और कनिष्ठ अभियंताओं के वेतन पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगाने का निर्देश दिया और उनसे स्पष्टीकरण मांगा।

शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधारने पर जोर

शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए नियमित मूल्यांकन, शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति की बायोमेट्रिक निगरानी, डिजिटल डेटा अपडेट और योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर जोर दिया गया। इसके अलावा, स्कूलों के प्रधानाध्यापकों को U-DISE डेटा को नियमित रूप से अपडेट करने के निर्देश दिए गए ताकि योजनाओं की बेहतर मॉनिटरिंग की जा सके।

इस बैठक ने शिक्षा क्षेत्र में सुधार और योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम उठाया है, जिससे गुमला जिले के छात्रों को अधिक लाभ मिलेगा।
