उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने गुमला स्थित हरिणाखांड टोले का किया दौरा, ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने आज आंजन पंचायत अंतर्गत हरिणाखांड टोले का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने आंजन पंचायत से मोटरसाइकिल से लगभग 2 किलोमीटर की यात्रा कर स्थानीय नागरिकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को सुना।

हरिणाखांड टोला में कोरबा जनजाति (PVTG समुदाय) के 16 परिवार निवास करते हैं। ग्रामीणों ने मुख्य रूप से सड़क निर्माण की समस्या को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा। इस पर उपायुक्त ने जानकारी दी कि आंजन से हरिणाखांड टोले तक 3.5 किलोमीटर लंबी सड़क निर्माण हेतु स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है और कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ किया जाएगा।

इसके अतिरिक्त, ग्रामीणों ने पेंशन योजना, जल आपूर्ति, बिजली तथा आवास निर्माण से जुड़ी समस्याओं को भी साझा किया। उपायुक्त गुमला ने इन समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को विशेष रूप से अधूरे आवास निर्माण कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त गुमला ने वन पट्टा की स्थिति की समीक्षा की और आजीविका मिशन (JSLPS) से जुड़ी स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की महिलाओं से भी बातचीत की। उन्होंने गांव में निवासियों द्वारा किए जा रहे कृषि और बकरी पालन कार्यों की जानकारी ली एवं इन्हें और सशक्त बनाने के लिए सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की जानकारी दी।

राशन वितरण को लेकर उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिए कि डाकिया योजना के तहत सभी PVTG परिवारों को उनके अंतिम पड़ाव तक राशन पहुँचाया जाए। इसके अलावा, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आयुष्मान कार्ड, तथा अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ छूटे हुए पात्र नागरिकों तक पहुँचाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

महिला और शिशु स्वास्थ्य को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए उपायुक्त गुमला ने इंस्टीट्यूशनल डिलीवरी (संस्थागत प्रसव) को बढ़ावा देने की अपील की और मातृ वंदना योजना तथा जननी शिशु योजना के तहत मिलने वाली ₹6500 की सहायता राशि की जानकारी दी। साथ ही, मोबाइल मेडिकल वैन द्वारा लगाए जाने वाले स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर में ग्रामीणों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने हेतु प्रेरित किया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त, सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देते हुए उपायुक्त गुमला ने ग्रामीणों को जागरूक किया और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, गुमला को निर्देशित किया कि सभी पात्र नागरिकों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

इसके पश्चात उपायुक्त ने आंजन आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र एवं विद्यालयों का भी दौरा कर वहां की स्थिति का जायजा लिया तथा वहां के बच्चों से मुलाकात कर उन्हें मिलने वाली सुविधाओं की भी जानकारी ली।
