जिला स्तरीय सहिया सम्मेलन: उत्कृष्ट स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों का हुआ सम्मान, नुक्कड़ नाटक बना आकर्षण

गुमला: जिला स्तरीय सहिया सम्मेलन और समुदाय स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी (सीएचओ) सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित ललीत उरांव नगर भवन में किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से सहिया, सहिया साथी, प्रखंड सहिया सहजकर्ता (बीएएफ), सीएचओ, और ग्राम स्वास्थ्य स्वच्छता एवं पोषण समिति (बीएचएसएनसी) के अध्यक्ष एवं सचिवों ने भाग लिया।

स्वास्थ्य मिशन की रीढ़ हैं सहिया: सिविल सर्जन

सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन सिविल सर्जन डॉ. नवल कुमार, अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक श्रीमती जया रेशमा खाखा, जिला लेखा प्रबंधक प्रमोद साहू, और अन्य अधिकारियों ने सामूहिक रूप से दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया। अतिथियों का पारंपरिक सखुआ के पत्तों से बनी टोपी, माला और पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर स्वागत किया गया।

मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. नवल कुमार ने कहा, “राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन देश के हर नागरिक तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं पहुंचाने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। सहिया इस मिशन की रीढ़ हैं और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को मजबूती से संचालित करने में अहम भूमिका निभा रही हैं।” उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुलभ, सस्ती और गुणवत्तायुक्त बनाने में सहिया बहनों के योगदान को सराहा और कहा कि इस तरह के सम्मेलनों से मिशन की प्रतिबद्धता को और मजबूत किया जा सकता है।

प्रशंसा और सम्मान: उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वालों की सराहना

सम्मेलन के दौरान, जिले के सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले एक-एक ग्राम स्वास्थ्य स्वच्छता एवं पोषण समिति (बीएचएसएनसी), एक-एक समुदाय स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी (सीएचओ), एक-एक प्रखंड सहिया सहजकर्ता (बीएएफ), एक-एक सहिया साथी और पांच-पांच सहिया बहनों को पुरस्कार और प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

नुक्कड़ नाटक और सामूहिक नृत्य बने आकर्षण का केंद्र

कार्यक्रम में घाघरा प्रखंड की सहिया बहनों द्वारा प्रस्तुत नुक्कड़ नाटक और रायडीह प्रखंड की सहिया बहनों द्वारा किया गया सामूहिक नृत्य मुख्य आकर्षण का केंद्र रहे। इस दौरान सीमा देवी, बबीता देवी और सुशांति द्वारा प्रस्तुत गीतों पर सहिया बहनें झूमने को मजबूर हो गईं।

सम्मेलन में बड़ी संख्या में सहिया बहनों की उपस्थिति

इस कार्यक्रम में जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक जया रेशमा खाखा, जिला लेखा प्रबंधक प्रमोद साहू, जिला कार्यक्रम समन्वयक अभिनित आनंद, जिला सहिया सहजकर्ता आरती श्रीवास्तव सहित विभिन्न प्रखंडों से लगभग 500 सहिया बहनें उपस्थित रहीं।

राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन की मजबूती की अपील

कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों और सहिया बहनों से राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन को सफल बनाने के लिए मिलकर कार्य करने की अपील की गई। यह सम्मेलन न केवल सम्मान और प्रोत्साहन का मंच बना, बल्कि स्वास्थ्य सेवा को और प्रभावी बनाने के लिए नए विचारों और रणनीतियों के आदान-प्रदान का भी अवसर बना।
